BBB1If I could give them ZERO or negative starts I would. THE WORST company on the planet. They are the installer for *********** which ********** expressed for months that they were cutting ties for this company. Our garage door finally arrived to Alaska after 6 long months of waiting, which was a great shipping time. It was delivered to the installer beginning of October. After weeks of calling and leaving messages between Hope ***** my wide and I, to both the husband and wife that own the company, ********** finally got ahold of the company, end of November, They said that they had a bunch of orders hit their lap and were going through them and would be calling and setting up an install date. More weeks went by, all of us calling and leaving messages again, ********** finally got ahold of them for an install date in January 2023. The most unprofessional company. There is no reason they could have not returned anyones phone calls to tell us, hey we received your messages, we will get you taken care of, but no NOTHING! We recommend this company to NO ONE. Now, work wise, they came the day as promised, installed and did a good job. I just wish they were an ethical company.
