Google5Bill at Habpro provides outstanding service! I've had misaligned sensors a couple of times and when I call him, he calls back and walks me through the fix. If you want or need great service, this is THE place to call for you garage door install!

Google5We used HabPro to replace our garage door motor. They were there the same day and were incredibly professional. Fast, courteous, and great work. Also had better pricing than the three other companies we called. I would definitely use them again.

Google5Habpro Garage Doors gave me outstanding service! When I called their number I received an immediate response and a tech was sent out later the same day. I ended up needing new garage door opener units but they didn't try to upsell to entire new doors as well, as had been my previous experience. The price was very reasonable and the service was done the next day. I highly recommend this company as they are honest and professional and that is so rare these days! Thank you Habpro!!!

Google5The spring broke on my double-car garage door. Bill asked me to text him a photo and gave me a fair quote immediately. He had the technician call me bright and early the next morning to fix an appointment time. John, the technician and his assistant, fixed the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Ordered a new garage door - it came in within the week and looks great. A few minor problems were fixed right away and we are very pleased. Company owner is very responsive to questions/concerns. Hopefully we won't need another garage door for a long time.

Google5Just got 2 single garage doors replaced. Went with the middle estimate and so glad I did. Bill was wonderful in communication and working with my financial situation we needed. Chuck installed and was so nice. Very professional good people. Doors look great! We are very happy we choose Habpro, definitely recommend.

Yelp5We had a great experience with Habpro when they installed our garage door opener last year. Recently we had an issue and they couldn't have handled it more quickly or kindly. It ended up being user error on our part but it's nice to know if anything does happen that they back their work and equipment. Thank you!!

Yelp5I had a pleasant experience repairing a broken linkage on my garage door last year. But what I am really impressed about this business is their honesty. When I called in this year thinking I need a yearly inspection of the door, the gentleman on the other end advised me that although he would love to take my money, an inspection should only be done every 2-3 years unless any other problem. It's really rare to have such honesty these tough days and I am very thankful to see them still running their business with integrity. I will definitely call them again for next inspection.

Yelp5Needed my squeaky garage doors serviced. Called Habpro and Bill Farmer scheduled me for service the very next day (7/13/21). Chuck arrived on time, was very professional, friendly, took time to explain things to me and noticed a couple small things that needed attention also. Price was very reasonable and Chuck was honest and did not charge me extra for the small adjustments. Will highly recommend and will use again if the need arises in the future. Bill and Chuck, thanks for a job well done. FYI - several years ago, a lady in my subdivision lost her husband and teenage son to a drowning accident at Lake Lanier. She had a damaged garage door which needed attention. I told Bill about the accident and he had his people fix the garage door at no cost to this lady. Bill is a good honest guy! Tom & Patsy Gaffney

Yelp5Great service and price. I spoke with Bob and he was able to work in my time and price. I replaced my door and opener. Bob came out and gave me a estimate on Monday and Chuck came out Wednesday to install. I am so please with the look and how quiet the belt system runs. The price came to a little bit less than the quote. That was great. I would definitely recommend Habpro.

Yelp5Fantastic is the one word I would use to describe this company, service tech, and repair. My garage door spring broke unexpectedly and we were in a bind to try and have it repaired quickly. I called the company at 9 PM at night. Bill, the owner, answered the phone and was able to give me a quote over the phone for this repair that is pretty common. He also gave me sound advice on what to ask when soliciting quotes from other companies and was very trustworthy in his advice. He made me feel confident that he was not overselling or overpricing the repair and told me he could get it done the next day in the morning if I were to choose them. I did do some calling around to other big name companies in Atlanta for pricing comparison. All of which were answered by a answering service that told me someone would get to me the next day on a quote. Needless to say, I called Habpro back and Bill advised his tech would contact me the next morning at 8:30 for a service call between 9-11AM. As promised, Chuck called me at 8:30, came promptly at 9 AM and got to work. He finished in a couple of hours, walked me through the repair and gave me some maintenance on my garage door. He was very polite and courteous to my wife and myself. I will recommend Habpro to all my friends and family should a need for garage repair arises and I will continue to use them going forward. PS. I did get a call back from the other companies that I left a message for the next day, all were over Habpro's quote. I was in a bind and Habpro came out quickly to get my repair done without the need to wait for a call back.

Yelp5I have used Habpro a few times in the past number of years (Spring coils, garage door opener installation). They have always been responsive. Today, he diagnosed and solved my issue over the phone - no charge and no need to come out. Very fair and honest. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp5Had an issue with our garage door and I call Habpro, they did an excellent job and at a fair price. Scheduling a time with them was ease. Habpro came out and assessed the issue and went right to work to fix the issue. These guys were trustworthy and honest. I would use them again.
