Google5My garage door was not opening all the way just as I was headed to work and I was so frustrated. One call to Abosolute Garage Door Repair and they understood my situation and had someone out in less than 45 minutes. The gentlemen was so polite, professional and quick. My door spring was replaced in less than 20 minutes. I can say that I will use Absolute Garage Door Repair for all my garage door needs and anyone in Williamson county should too!!

Google5Called last week for a last minute garage repairs at my mother's. They clearly stated they had a full schedule for the day, and would do their best to make it but still not certain.... But they came through! Showed up a few hours later, diagnosed and completed repairs in half an hour! I highly recommend Absolute Garage Doors! They are professional, expert practitioners, and competitively priced. I cannot say thank you enough, thanks Woody.

Google5Absolute Garage Doors provided us with a complete new garage door installation! Our initial outreach to them and subsequent interactions was an excellent experience! We were captivated when the installation team arrived: the vehicles and equipment made an awesome arrival presentation. The installation team, Wes & Dylan, were articulate, knowledgeable, and very engaging! Every detail of their set-up, from removal of old garage door & components to the installation of new garage door & components was smoothly executed! Wes & Dylan concluded the project leaving us with a beautiful garage door that functioned perfectly, and included the openers and automated keypad and the accompanying literature! I look forward to referring this awesome company!

Google5Absolute Garage Doors is an awesome company! Great customer service and products. Definitely they care about providing quality work, products, and service to their customers. The work team were all knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, and prompt for appointments. They all made the entire process easy and quick. And I feel like I received a quality garage door at a reasonable price. Cynthia started the process with scheduling my estimate appointment the next day. And installation following week. She was helpful and friendly. I appreciated her text communications for scheduling and updates. Cynthia is certainly the person who keeps all the "work action" happening. Next day Wayne arrived to view door damage and provide replacement estimate. He was very informative about installation and new door. Could tell he had lots of knowledge and experience in the business. The installation team person was Wed. He was very efficient and detailed in setting up equipment and supplies and doing installation. Did installation by himself in less than 2 hours. He explained details about usage, care, and maintenance of new door. He removed all pieces of old door. Left the garage area clean. The entire replacement process was easy and a great experience. I highly recommend Absolute Garage Doors.

Google5Absolute Garage Doors is great. The short: knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and fair priced. The tech, Wayne, who came out, knows his stuff. The long version. Called on Friday afternoon to see about troubleshooting an issue that kept my garage from closing without holding down the button until it closed. They were unavailable until Monday, so tried a local competitor. That company came out, said I needed new sensors and suggested installing a new unit since I'd already be in the hole a couple hundred just for the sensor work. Called Absolute back on Monday to give them a shot, and get a bid. Cynthia promptly put me on the schedule for the same day. The tech Wayne rolled in, and in minutes had located the issue; some loose wires in the ceiling unit. Not only did they save me money by correctly diagnosing my repair, but so far, estimates are slightly lower than the competitor that first came out to diagnose our issue. I will eventually be replacing all of the garage doors and associated parts; and Absolute has earned my future business.

Google5We've had Absolute help with service, door installation and replacement of door opener systems. Consistently prompt, courteous and fair priced service. We got in a bind a few weeks ago a day before leaving town and my husband accidentally backed into one one the garage doors and knocked off the rails so we couldn't get it closed. I was panicked! Absolute worked us into their busy schedule and within hours, the door was saved! Awesome service! Highly recommend!! 10 stars

Yelp5Can't say enough good stuff about this locally owned small business! The owners have been a pure pleasure to work with despite the many challenges of getting our doors in due to all of the shipping and Covid delays. None of which was necessarily their fault but they constantly put up with my checking in constantly to see about updated status they fought hard to try and get my doors delivered when they could. When time came to do the install they were super quick the doors look amazing the install went super smooth and I could not be happier!

Yelp5With all the power going on and off this past week, we were having issues with resetting our garage door opener. I did some research and saw numerous recommendations. I gave them a call early afternoon and spoke with Cynthia. She told me they'd stop by our home after they completed their other service calls. True to their word, they called to let us know they were on the way. Woody came on up and in minutes had the door and the remotes reset. It was amazing service and I'm glad we went with their company. Woody and Cynthia, thank you for your kindness and excellent service. We will be using Absolute Garage Doors for our future needs. It may be as early as tomorrow as the power went out again.

Yelp4The original installation and cost were very reasonable. After a few months, my garage door stopped working. The technician arrived the same day I called. Told me the control board was bad (That happens) and ordered me another one under warranty. After not receiving the part, I called back to find out the owners were out of the country on vacation. They called me back anyway and took the time to research the delay. Found out the part was sent to their office instead of my house. They had it hand delivered to my door. I installed it and am now up and running. Thanks to Absolute for taking the time on vacation to make sure their customer was taken care of.

He even came out late Friday to fix my garage door that had fallen off the railings. He is very knowledgeable and easy to get into contact with. I live in Killeen and they service the area.

Yelp5came home the other night in the rain garage door only opened half way and the loudest crashing noise the spring on one side broke door hung at that point only half way open. after getting groceries and kids in house we all were wet but anyway found Absolute number called figured would at least be next day but no way they had a repairman here in about an hour. polite and professional fixed right the first time. they definitely earned our business from now on.

Yelp5Through Yelp I requested quotes to fix my garage doors from 4 garage door service companies... 1 never responded. 1 responded 2 days after my request... 1 responded 8 hours after my request. Absolute responded within 2 hours of my request and within an hour after that Cynthia gave me a rough quote. They came out a few hours later and had the work done in about an hour and a half. We needed more work done than we initially thought but the price was reasonable for the work and parts, and the doors now work perfectly. Hint to companies: it's critical to respond to a request quickly. Quote often, the first one who replies gets the work.

Yelp5I called on a Friday and was given a same day appointment by a very courteous and helpful person. Wayne, the technician, showed up on time, was very courteous and not only answers and repaired my Dori requests, bit looked over the entire system to insure there were no additional issues. Excellent service. I will use them again.
