Justin and the office staff are really great! Justin has gone out of his way to make sure we had everything needed to make the right decision for our garage doors. When one was damaged they resolved the issue right away and ordered the new piece. Very happy with their service.

Professional and fast. From the time I called to the time the repair was complete took less than a week. The technician was very pleasant and kept in touch with each step. The office staff was professional and explained everything in detail, including sending me a link to make my payment. From beginning to end, it was a great experience.

Extreme outrageous pricing... Just needed a replacement spring for my garage door. After I was quoted a price I thought was too high, I checked around.. found one with another dealer in town for less than half the price they were asking. Also know if I would have wanted to wait could have ordered one at Lowe's or off Amazon and got two for the price of the one they were quoting me.

I'm very disappointed in this company. While our garage doors are beautiful we did pay thousands over the original quote when they came to measure the job in the first place. And that should have been a red flag but now it has been impossible and ridiculous experience trying to purchase a matching front door. The owner himself came and measured my front door but did not put the information in my file. No one there communicates with each other and no one will call you back. It seems like if you are spending 10s of thousands of dollars with a company their customer service would be better. But that is not the case for Marvin's garage doors. Not only did it take two weeks for them to even let me know they do not have the measurements for my front door, I had to call them back 3 different days when they promised to get back to me. Then I was informed it would be another week (2 more weeks into trying to get someone to call me) before they could come measure my door (for the 2nd time) and 12 additional weeks or more before they would be able to get the door to me. If you need a garage door or a front door any time in the near future you might want to look elsewhere!

Great service. Got my door cables switched out in a timely fashion. They were super fast, and knowledgeable. Will be using them for all future repairs.
