Google5Mortland did a fantastic job replacing our garage doors and motors. The sales rep Rick was awesome to work with and very helpful. The install tech Ryan was fantastic and did a great job. Very happy with Mortland and highly recommend them!

Google5They do really great work. They had our antique doors working like new within 3 days of getting into our new house. And they helped me figure out other ways I could fix the insulation and make the whole garage work better.

Google5After meeting with Dan. He helped me select the door that I needed. The staff were great with communicating the scheduling and what was needed for the instillation. The crew was very professional and did a nice job and when they were done, they went through the operation of the door. Later after the door had been installed and I had a chance to think about it. I called Mortland door and asked if I could get them to add a door handle. Within a few days maybe a week. Mortland door arrived on time and installed 2 handles, great job Greg.

Google5Excellent experience. We replaced our original doors/openers from 1996. Rick was very helpful in the entire process, with a no pressure pitch, explaining differences between the doors and openers. The crew which installed everything was also very pleasant and efficient...2 doors and openers were complete in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.

Google5Rick Bedell and Mortland Door Systems were extremely helpful in making sure our replacement garage door was the correct match for our other door in our two car garage. Fran, our installer, did a fantastic job in not only removing the original, but in replacing that with the new door in an outstandingly meticulous manner. He also lubricated both springs, rollers and tracks back to the quiet of when they were originally installed. He then rewired one of the sensors that was damaged so that it runs as smoothly, opening and closing, like new.Thanks again to everyone at Mortland Door Systems for your professional, quick and very helpful approach in replacing our damaged door.

BBB1Called Door Systems Worcester (formerly ****** Overhead Door) on 4/26/22 to repair a damaged garage door originally installed by the company. I was informed that since a panel of the door had to be replaced, a salesperson would have to look at the door and provide an estimate. The salesperson was 30 minutes late for the appointment on 4/28/22, looked at the door and immediately informed me they could not repair the door since they were not an authorized distributor for the manufacturer (******) and could not get parts.From Door Systems Worcester website: We also supply other major garage door brands as ***********************, Clopay Door, Amarr and ****** Overhead Doors. No matter the garage door brand you have, we can give you an after-sale service to replace a damage section or any part of hardware.Door Systems Worcester is not listed as an authorized distributor on the ****** Company website. They did not ask which brand of door I had (or check their own records from the original installation) and did not inform me they could not repair certain brands. It made no sense for them to make a sales appointment for this repair. Potential customers need to be aware of this business practice. At best, it is an extraordinary level of administrative ineptitude. At worst, it is an attempt to convert what should be a routine repair into a new door sale.

Google5Our previous doors were rotted and barely had any insulation. With winter coming on, we knew we needed to replace not long after we moved in. I tried pricing my own doors and hit a really high number. Being able to talk to Dan, in person, as he measured my doors and listened to what I wanted was incredibly useful and brought the price down tremendously.

Google5I called Mortland Overhead Door because my entire garage door system needed a complete upgrade. She scheduled a consultation with Dan Cortese with Mortland Overhead Door. Dan came to my home as scheduled, which is key. He provided me with the various options from the manufacturers that they partner with. In addition, Dan provided me with a virtual image over my existing door frame of what the new garage door would look like. This detail helped me with choosing the right garage door style for my house and the price was very reasonable. Dan was very courteous and responsive. He detailed all of the parts on the invoice prior to installation. I scheduled the installation for my new garage door and opener for July 25,2020. Dan was on time. He installed and removed the old garage door and system. I so happy that I went with Dan Cortese with Mortland Overhead Door. I highly recommend Dan Cortese with Mortland Overhead because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Joe Wagner

Google1Mortland was "too busy" to replace a broken window grate from our garage doors which were purchase and installed by Mortland. After 3 weeks of trying to get Nancy M to respond, Home Depot ordered the same Clopay window grate for me in 24 minutes. Thank you, Mortland Overhead Garage Doors, for not standing behind your products or customers.
