They came to fix a broken chain on our garage door. The first thing they did was to collect $100 plus tax for an inspection cost. After payment and upon inspection they said that they won't change the chain itself because there is no money in it rather the whole door hardware needs to be replaced. We did not want to replace the fully functional door hardware and told them why we would replace it while fully functional ? Upon this, the tech refused to perform any work and took our money. Their excuse "if we don't do all the replacements, we can't provide any warranty". We asked them to replace the chain only withour providing any warranty, they refused to do so. Horrible experience, very dishonest and a ripoff company. DO NOT USE Services Rendered: Garage door repair
