Both the sales and the installation encounter were very excellent. The home office quickly helped me hone in on product choices with their knowledge of the Genie line of Garage door openers. The installer had to perform a variety of tasks including maintenance to my current door, a complete replacement of older Genie hardware, and the addition of the Wi-Fi hardware. Configuring the Wi-F and setting up the garage door config with the Aladdin app was a breeze and worked without a hitch. I was 100% satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend this company. I called this company because they were recommended by Genie corporate and they lived up that recommendation. Genie also provides excellent phone support for the app. The app also has a bunch of bells and whistles too numerous to mention in this write up.

Zach Willmes and his crew made the purchase and installation of our garage door easy. Everything from the time Zach showed up until Greg, the installer, left was done with the utmost professionalism. Zach explained the details in an easy to understand manner. Greg was on time, the door was installed and clean up was done in the time frame he told us at the start. We have a quality garage door at a fair price. I have nothing but the highest praise for Garage Doors of Cincinnati!!

Zach Willmes was a very knowledgeable sales representative that came highly recommended to me. He put together a great garage door, opener, and battery backup deal that was very affordable. The installation process was just as smooth as he promised and I could not be happier. Very quiet and smooth operation. The wifi opener is awesome also!
