Yelp1LIARS. Said item would ship item on fri. Called back mon and said just now shipped. I could have called someone who could have shipped fri and have it by Mon but now will have to wait til end of week to get my garage fixed. Lied just to get my order. What else will they lie about. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Yelp1Mr. Mark Day come by for a quote for replacement of two single doors. He was reasonable. Paid him 300 deposit by check. I get all the stories from him now on how sick he is and hospital visits and pain med. I hired him for a job and now nothing. He tells me he will call me back but never does. He stole 300 dollars from my family. Please Do Not Use Him. I never heard back from him. He never installed my doors. I ended up hiring Smith Garage Door Company. They were great! Mr. Day you are welcomed to bring me my 300 at anytime!

Google1Looks like I've been scammed. Same thing another reviewer posted. Came by, took measurements and quoted me around $350 for parts and $150 for labor. Took a deposit to order the parts ($350). I have never been able to get him to come back out. I keep getting told I would get a call back to get the schedule worked out. This has been dragging on for months now. So avoid these scam artists at all costs. They'll just take your money and you'll get no goods or services.

Yelp1SCAM ARTIST! He gave us an estimate, took $900 down payment and we never heard from him again. My husband kept on him and Mark Day finally said he would give us a refund (months after the doors were supposed to be in). As you can guess, we never got our refund and now it appears he has abandoned the house he was renting.

Yelp1I'd give zero stars to this clown if I could. The most work he did was give a bogus estimate on our garage door replacement job. He took $500, lied about when the doors would be delivered, then blocked my calls. He's a thief!!! He stole our money and he will have a reckoning very soon!

Google5The gentleman was very nice and understanding when I told him I accidentally backed into my garage door. I felt like a moron but he had a good sense of humor about the situation. I called him on a Sunday morning and he showed up within 20 minutes. He fixed the garage door pretty quickly and I was very impressed. If I ever need a company to fix/replace a garage door, I'll be using them. Highly recommend!

Yelp1Do not use this company. I used this company because of the reviews but he is terrible. He installed a new opener and keypad. He left a gap in the side of my house that cost $100 in damage to fix. He claims to have a 90 day warranty on the garage door but when you call him he blocks your number and will not return any emails. So now I'm out $400 dollars on the opener and $100 on the damage he caused to my house. Save your money and learn from my mistake! Don't use this piece of shit company. He his a scammer and I will be reporting his company so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Google3Approximately 1 month ago they came lickity split to fix my garage. My garage my stuck and he fixed it super quick. Then 2 days later he completely repaired the garage. However it's been about 4 weeks and I'm yet waiting for the weather stripping to go on the bottom of the garage. really hoping they remember me and pop up to thoroughly complete the work.

Google1This is not a real garage door company. they are not open 24 hours a day and will steal your money if they ask for a deposit for a garage door. Do not trust this person. Mark will never answer your calls. its amazing how my rating is almost like another customers that lost money from him.

Google1Mark scammed me out of $200 for 2 garage door panels. Then ghosted me and refusedto answer my calls. Didn't deliver the panels or refunded my money back. I would stay away from this guy. The 5 stars reviews are fake. Those are fake account to boost himself with no other history of reviews.

Yelp1This person is a crook! He purports to be this corporation but really a one man show. He is dishonest and untruthful. I wanted to replace my two old garage doors and gave him a deposit of $900 at contract signing date back in February 2019. It is the end of July 2019, I still have not received either my installation of two garage doors nor refund of my deposit. I have called him numerous times to have him install my garage doors but nothing but excuses and he stopped answering my calls. I requested my deposit back as provided per contract but has not and consequently does not answer his phone or it goes to voice mail. Sadly, the owner/operator (Mr. Mark Day) is a neighbor and I gave him my business to help the small time operator. Given the situation, I had to report him to TN Consumer Protection Bureau of the Attorney General's office and pending litigation against him and his company. I would have given him a zero or negative if I had a choice.

Yelp55 plus stars, my spring broke. They were able to get out same day. Friendly honest people, great customer service for a fair price. Never a great day when the garage door breaks but if it does I highly reccomend these guys

Yelp5I would definitely recommend this company. Our garage door hadn't been working for quite awhile. I called American Garage Door, they came out the next morning to check it out. After finding out the issue and my home warranty approving a new garage door opener, Mark and his co-worker (I forgot his name) :/, came out the next day to install it. These 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are great (even my home warranty company was surprised at how inexpensive it was)! Hopefully I won't need them in the near future, but if we have any more issues I will definitely be calling them again!

Google5Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Mark! We were having trouble with our garage door...it was old and was falling apart...literally. Mark came out & gave us an estimate and we planned the day for replacing it. There was a small hiccup because of Good Friday & we were unable to do the door as we had planned. Instead of just coming up with excuses, Mark apologized & made a special trip over to temporarily fix the door so we could use it over the week-end. He didn't have to do that and I was very grateful and impressed that he did! I would highly recommend Mark & American Garage Door for any garage door needs that you have! Very happy with results and pricing.

Yelp5These guys saved my life when I broke my garage door. Nothing like feeling insecure in your own home! Mark was super nice and obviously knowledgeable. And the best part is their prices are very fair! I just can't recommend them enough!!

Google5Amazing service! My garage door wasn't working after a power outage. I called and was able to get same day service. Mark was very nice and much cheaper than other companies in the area. Within 10 minutes my garage door was working as normal again. I would definitely recommend this service!
