Yelp5Called Lowe's and Home Depot for a new garage door. The soonest they could install was two months out. I called Alert and they inst the door within weeks. The door is great and installed perfectly.

Yelp5Dan came out and gave me an estimate on a new insulated garage door. He throughly explained everything. We bought the garage door from Dan. We're very happy with the door and with the service they provided.

Yelp5got 2 quotes from places that said i need whole new door which came to $800 and $1200 . Alert door came out right away and said just need cable and a piece was hanging loose in the middle which was preventing door from opening. $150 out the door. no pun intended. very good customer service

Yelp4Technician Chris came out today and did a super job doing maintenance on our Genie garage door system. He was congenial and explained issues well. He repaired a door gasket and greased the door system. What was once a noisy door opener is now quiet as a mouse. Through the 14 years working with Alert, their techs have always provided great service. - Bill In Medina

Yelp1I called this company after receiving their estimate, to hire them to replace my garage door. Kathy, the phone person was her usual nasty impatient self. I had over looked it before, but this time, planning on giving them over $1,000, I was finally over the bad attitude and treatment. If this is how customers are dealt with on just an average day, what happens if there is adversity or a problem? If this is the face of the company and how customers are treated, my money will go elsewhere. I would rather pay more than give them a penny.
