Google1I had a very unprofessional experience with this company. One of their foreman installed a garage door opener in Aug 2022 and in mid December 2022 (the coldest time of the year) it stopped working. When I reached out to them (both the foreman & the company), they refused to repair or replace the part. They have since been unresponsive to my many texts and calls. The unit is still under warranty so I do not understand their reluctance in either replacing it or refunding me any amount so I can get a new one. This has been a terrible experience.

Google5This man was great. He drove for an hour to get to my house and fix my garage door! It was 2:00 o'clock when I called and it was a Friday afternoon. He got here by 3:00 and fixed my door in less then an hour. If he had not come I would have had to leave my door open all weekend. Good to know there are nice people out there!

Google5This is a doctor you will be thrilled to see! I had gotten a previous estimate for replacing my opener from a well-known company in the area, and I I thought it was pretty high. Luckily, I got a second opinion from the Door Doctor and his estimate was SO much better! They were able to install my opener the next day. In fact, it took them less time to install it than it took the first company to diagnose what I needed and write up the estimate. Just call the Door Doctor---no need to go anywhere else.

Google5Randall came out to fix our garage door just hours after we called him. He fixed our problem and had the door up and running in under an hour. Very impressed with how timely he was! Overall a great experience!

Google5The Door Doctor came promptly, diagnosed my problem and fixed my door. Service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and improved my garage door operation 110%! Cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Google5Randall came out to install a garage door opener for us this morning. We were able to schedule an appointment with him within 24 hours of calling, and he did an amazing job. His fee was affordable and no more than we discussed on the phone. He was professional and thorough, and he took time to teach me about every part of the system so I'd know how to care for it on my own. I highly recommend his services.

Google5Mr. Randall, aka the Door Doctor is awesome! We had an issue with our garage door and he was able to come out the same day and fix our issue! He was quick, thorough, professional and extremely kind! He is highly recommended! We will be calling him with any future door issues!

Google5We have been using The Door Doctor for all our garage door needs in our apartment business for many years. Called Randall yesterday to have him come to my personal residence and he can out and installed a new opener first thing this morning. Very nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
