Google5We called them because our garage opener would not open. They replaced it with a new one that is so much better and quieter. They got to us the same day and installation was quick and Chet and Ben were great to work with. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and after install cleaned everything up. VERY happy with the service we received ALL AROUND.

Google5A wonderful company that I've used for 15+ years. My old garage door bowed and needed to he replaced. While clearing out items to prepare for the installation. The door wouldn't close at the end of the day. Susan answered my frantic call at 6:30pm. Ben arrived early the next day. The installation was scheduled 5 days out. At my request. Ben was concerned that the door was going to be open for 5 nights. Susan calls soon after he leaves. And works her magic to get the install moved to the next day. Suburban door provides exceptional service. Fair prices. And most importantly, they care about their customers! Thank you Suburban Door

Google5Suburban Door is very responsive, and shares their knowledge over the telephone to solve an issue without coming out to the residence. They installed my overhead door originally. They are excellent, and I recommend them to anyone.

Google5I am very happy and satisfied with the outstanding service provided by this team of amazing people. From start to finish, they were helpful at answering all our questions and concerns. I personally was very impressed by their level of professionalism and friendliness. The whole process of installation was smooth and quick. For registration of the product and for wifi set up I had several questions for which they offered prompt response and clear instructions. The willingness of the staff to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction was truly appreciated. Special thanks to Ben, Chet, and Susan for their great service and customer care. Google5Suburban Door has repeatedly provided excellent, quick, cost-effective repairs. Whenever something goes wrong with our garage door they understand that your garage door breaking is a crisis and are very responsive.

Google5The team at Suburban Garage Door are fantastic. I called in on a Thursday and was able to connect with Sue, she was very friendly and able to have a technician come out the next day. Ben was awesome! With his years of experience he was able to identify the issues that the builder failed to do and was able to get everything fixed. Will recommend to my neighbors.
