Google5I heard a loud crash like a sonic boom this morning. A while later my wife said the garage door wouldn't open, and when I walked out to look, I could see what made the sound: a snapping garage door spring. So I searched for "garage door repair", and Grand Openings was exactly what I was looking for: a small business nearby with good reviews. Aaron picked up the phone right away, and said he could be here within an hour or so. He noted that the old springs were incorrectly sized for the weight of our garage door, which shortened the lifespan. He replaced them with something slightly stronger and fixed a couple other small issues. Our garage door was back to running butter smooth by lunchtime. I appreciate the knowledgeable and fast service!

Google5When I called Grand Openings Garage Doors, I was simply hoping to get my garage door springs replaced. For a smidgen more, I got modern spring technology, new cables, and a lesson on my new townhouse's garage door maintenance. Aaron was friendly and professional, the kind of guy that would hold the elevator door for a stranger, or be there for a friend at times of need. Getting my door fixed not only opened my garage, but opened my mind to the optimism I had as a child, an appreciation for modern luxuries, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Google5If you need a garage door install, or repair on an existing garage door, you need to urgently call Grand Openings Garage Doors (GOGD); there is no substitute for expert experience. As a plus I also got friendly service with all the explanation I could hope for. They had done a very difficult new install (high-bay ceiling) before I moved into a home that I purchased three years ago and the setup remains immaculate after years of service. So when, yesterday afternoon, one of the spring coils on a different garage door (not installed by GOGD) broke, I had a good lead because they left their number on the install. I am handy but this is not a job for someone without experience. I was requested to send pictures and measurements (to avoid multiple trips and unnecessary delays) and the next day Aaron showed up will all necessary parts, disassembled my setup, installed new parts, put everything in order, and I was back to normal in two hours. Grand Openings made the job look easy, but I know it wasn't. I think they have been in business at least 15 years. The charges were less than I would have expected.

Google5I called Aaron with Grand Openings Garage after my normal garage repair service couldn't schedule me for a few days. The spring on our rental property garage had broken. Not only was Aaron able to get out the next day (2 full days before the other company I usually use) but his pricing was very competitive. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend to others.

Google5Great quick service! Aaron originally came out to repair our opener and did get it fixed but we soon realized we needed a new opener. Aaron was able to come by very quickly and replace the opener. He even gave us a discount to install the new opener!

Google5Best customer service around. Aaron installed our new garage doors last June, they had settled a bit and needed some maintenance. Aaron came out the day after I called him and made the necessary adjustments. He honored his warranty and did not charge me for the maintenance he performed. I highly recommend Grand Openings, Aaron is top notch!
