My home overhead garage door lift assist spring broke, so I made the call. It was temporarily repaired while in lieu of waiting for more spring stock to come in to make me 2 new springs. This confident 5 star review i am leaving comes in a month after that initial call, still waiting on spring stock but that is what it is, the repair may have failed causing my door to stay open and I called again and just explained what I see and that my door won't close. Wouldn't you know that they told me that he would be here tonight to make sure my door was at least closed, if not patched again until a repair can fully be made with the new equipment. Hard work and dedication is truly face-forward at this company.

I called these guys on the phone a couple weeks ago to make a repair on my garage door. I was told they were booked up pretty solid. I made an appointment for February 15th and was told they would call on the 14th to make sure someone would be there or that the door would be left open so they could get in. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

I own a car wash in Superior Wisconsin and I used Door service, Inc. my doors would not work at the most inopportune time and door service would come to the rescue. I felt like Marty and the boys were taking care of me. They charged a fair price and came in a timely fashion. They always exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a lifestyle garage screen door to allow me to sit, work or entertain in my garage without the bugs. The professionalism and customer service was excellent. They came out and measured to ensure their product would work, then shortly after came and installed this high quality product. They made sure I knew how to use it properly by giving me a demonstration and having me try it. When the screen door handle didn't allow the screen door to work properly, they came out and adjusted it the same day. It is an amazing product. So easy to use. My garage now is used as a three season porch. It is the place to gather in my neighborhood when the mosquitos get bad. I'm so happy about this purchase. It is worth every dollar spent.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the garage door I recently had an installed by Door Service, Inc. The door was not one I would have chosen, but the staff at Door Service were very helpful in suggesting a door that might best serve my needs. It turns out their suggestion was correct. The door arrived in the time frame I requested, and the installers were prompt and professional. Happy to give Door Service five stars.

The word that comes to mind when summerizing this critical review is professional. The contract was followed to the letter. The bill was reasonable, the work was done correctly and on time, and the quality was supurb. I recomennd this company without any reservations.

I asked Door Service Inc. to do a quick repair on my garage door that was not working right. They did have a quick response and completed the work. Unfortunately, the job took no more than 10 minutes and when I received the bill I was surprised to see how much they charged! They are extremely expensive for a very small job; I would recommend anyone to look around before calling these guys!

Not happy and at a loss for what to do other than write this review. First, I was told that the doors I ordered would be in stock within two weeks, but it took two months. Perhaps that's not their fault. However, it has now been a month since the doors where installed and they still haven't finished the job. Even after complaining, they still haven't sent someone out to finish what couldn't be more than an hour long job. In the meantime, my garage heater runs continuously, eliminating any savings I might have enjoyed this season from new doors. So frustrating.

As it was an order that had to first be made up it did take about two weeks with some delays due to other more urgent required services. The temporary 'patch' broke once and needed to be redone. This was at the very end of their working day but Kyle, the tech, came over to do the patch job which did take some time. Kyle was great as was the 'office manager.' They understood my impatience (due to always being pushed back due to more urgent repair requests. We understood each others dilemma and that was what was important. Services Rendered: Overhead garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced.

Immediately contacted home warranty to flag them as not going with terms of our contract and providing advance notice. Will never again go with this provider. Services Rendered: Provider was contacted by our home warranty to do work on repairing garage door opener. Provider did not contact us that they would be in our garage. We did not set up dates and or times. Provider gained access to unlocked but closed garage door (stil considered unlawful entry without owner permission). Provider then used our equipment (ladder) to inspect garage opener (incorrect opener) and then left ladder sitting in the middle of the room. When we came home we had thought we were burglarized. We spoke with the provider who was first making excuses and then apologized. Very unhappy and very nervous that they would come into our home without the notice, use our equipment, and leave it in a mess. Be very cautious if thinking of using this provider.

I was very satisfied and he wasn't upset, like I thought he could be, since I was able to do it myself and he didn't need to come out. Services Rendered: He returned my phone call promptly and told me what might be wrong with my door. I was able to fix it without having to have him come out but in the future; I would call him again. Very nice, friendly and helpful.
