This place was fantastic when Mark owned it and they still have pictures of some of our jobs on this review site as show pieces but service is no longer and even callbacks have stopped happening. Time to move on. At least our cedar doors in the pictures above still look great. Bring back the small companies who shake hands and follow through!

We recently bought a house, and when the garage door malfunctioned, I called Absolute because their sticker was on our keypad. Someone was able to come the next day. It rurned out to be a random leaf stuck to the bottom of the door with a spider web! Pretty silly, but the guys who came out were so sweet, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and didn't charge me for the service call. I will definitely use them if I have an actual problem with my garage door!

I wanted to share my most recent experience with Absolute Garage Door. I have phone recordings of all of my conversations, and they are much more appalling then what I will actually be able to write. I had a customer in Loveland who built an additional garage with multiple openings and openers on each door. I informed them I could get the doors for them. I made arrangements with Absolute Garage and the home owner so that the doors could be ordered. On September 23rd, 2020 I informed Absolute Garage to go ahead and place the order and I had a check for him for the total amount (only 50% was asked for as a deposit, but the whole amount was paid upfront) to expedite receiving the doors so they could be installed ASAP as the homeowners wanted to "close-up" the garage before the cold months hit. Which was conveyed and re assured would be no problem at all. After being promissed (verbatim) by Absolute Garage after 5 weeks, (quoted with a 2-4 week timeframe) that the doors were ("off the assembly line", "being loaded on a truck today", "they are on my Wednesday list which means there on the way" "will be here next week at the latest"x2,) -All of these things were said on different phone calls as I had to call and check the status of my order weekly. All of which was recorded and im happy to share upon request. I was called yesterday (11-4) and told that the truck was still in Indiana that had my doors on it after I was set to start installing the doors this morning (11-5). I explained to him that I was done with the weekly excuses and wanted a refund. He had offered the refund before, but let's be honest. No one wants a refund after over 6 weeks we just wanted the doors at this point so we wouldn't have to order the doors from another company and start the waiting all over again. I was told that he was talking to his accountant regarding there refund policy. During this time said owner took the liberty to call the customer behind my back and tell him a bunch of the same excuses (and others) , but the doors wouldn't be there for another few weeks. After having a conversation with the homeowner I explained the reasons why I think a refund is in his best interest. (It has been almost 7 weeks at this point.) As of now I'm not sure when if ever the refund will come so I offered to reimburse the homeowner until he gets his money back and I am forced to file a complaint with the court today to insure that I receive my 6 grand back before Absolute Door folds business up before paying of his debts as I have discovered has happened previously under a different business name. This is only my 3rd review that I have ever wrote. Be warey of doing business with Absolute Garage if you don't want a similar head ache to the one I currently have!
