Yelp1Worst company to work with. They will constantly reschedule and than say the garage door was damaged and make you wait another month for install. They will pressure you into signing a contract and paying the deposit. They do not care about any inconveniences the reschedules cause and the customer service is the worst, they say they will call you back and never do.

Yelp1Had a broken spring Tech names Adir showed up. asked him how much he said $275 I said ok. he gets it all apart then tells me $1800 with lifetime warranty. I called bs and then he said $800 which included $200 for new drums with a little year warranty. nothing was wrong with old drums. and new ones are $12 a pair on Amazon. So I was stuck with it all apart finally settled on $700 just to get it all back together using old drums . I guess there might as well be no warranty as I would pay someone else before I would have them come back for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Yelp1I called ASAP Garage Door Repair. because they were listed with good reviews on Angi. The tech arrived and said it would be $245 to adjust the springs. He did one and then said it's $245 per spring and there are two springs. After much discussion he agreed to do both for $300, which is much more than I should have agreed to pay but I wanted my garage door in working condition. Anyway, the adjustment of the springs still did not result in my opener being able to raise the garage door. He said it was an old opener and wanted $675 for a new one. At that point I told him to leave. Not sure how ASAP got good reviews but $245 to adjust one spring and $675 for an opener is ridiculous. A new garage door opener from Lowes which would include installation would be half the price he wanted. Not sure how they got those good reviews (maybe pay to play on Angi?) but I certainly would not recommend ASAP. I thought you could rely on the vendors listed on Angi but I was wrong. Buyer beware!
