DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! They will come to your house and spend 15 min, tell you they need to order a "special part" (door spring in my case which they most definitely have in the truck, office or could get at home depot down the road) come back a week plus later and install in 30 minutes. But what they don't tell you is they charge $240 in labor, charge you $40 for gas fee even though they are in next town over and charge you an additional 3% for use of your debit card. So a $90 spring installation cost over $515. Sad because Glen use to be a honest guy straight up guy whom I used over the past 10 years and referred him to many of my neighbors because of his honesty...but that was then this is now.

Wayne came within a 90 minute Promise to arrive and quickly found the problem with my collapsed garage door. He repaired it for a very reasonable fee. He was kind and competent. I will be using this company for my servicing needs in the future. Thank you TADCO.

I called for help diagnosing a problem with my garage door lift. Glen was very helpful in determining that my lift was done. Time for a new system!!! Glen came over in a few hours and installed me a great new lift!!! It works great and he's really a great guy!!! Thanks Glen!!!

Excellent service, called on a snowy day, they came out, found the problem, said I would probably need a new system unless they had a replacement part back at the office. (the part was no longer being made, I checked). They did have a part and replaced it the next day and saved me $300, TADCO took the time to find a $25.00 part in the supply at the office. Nobody wants a unexpected repair bill of $400, this shows their quality of service. This is the third time over fifteen years they have worked for me. Could not be more pleased.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This company is out to get the most money they can. They try to come off as nice and try to suck you in, then they stick you with the highest price they can give you. Glenn Maddison their main "technician" is probably the most arrogant person I've ever met. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are trying to get ripped off. Good service and quality is the last thing on their mind, all they want is your money.

There were several vendors in my area that advertised cheaper rates on Angie's List. I ignored them and went with my old vendor. They did respond and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. However the charge was more than I expected, and more than other companies advertise. I will try some of the other companies next time. Triad American Door did the job. Slam bam, thank you ma'am! Here's your bill. They are straight forward, and the meter is running. Just makes me realize that I need to check out other vendors. One thing for all home owners to remember, there is a premium for honesty with vendors, so cost may be secondary. I think Triad American Door is an honest company, so keep that in mind. I feel certain that there are cheaper vendors in our area, and there are lots of vendors doing this work, but finding an honest vendor is always the hardest part. Be careful. Services Rendered: My garage door jammed and would not go up. The electric motor was fine but the track was bent. The Company responded quickly to my call, same day. I was a repeat customer. I called them because of this. They repaired the bent track and lubricated the door and track. It works.
