Ordered doors and paid in full up front, as they were backordered. Very poor customer service, made repeated calls, texts, emails, etc. with no response. No updates or E.T.A. After several months the doors were finally installed but do not open and close smoothly. I do not recommend using them.

Needed to have my garage door serviced for broken spring and frayed cable. Scott return my call the same day and came out the next mourning. He was on time and gave very fair pricing and fixed the door in short time. What more could you ask for, Honest, Fair Pricing, Punctual and Fast Service. Thank You Scott

Call this morning early. It appeared I got a call center. I told her my problem and she said "I will have someone call you". I never got a call so I got a company that was responsive and came out within a few hours. Overhead Door was very responsive. I would recommend then. Update. What number are you calling. Your call center repeated my correct number back to me. Glad you are busy but would suggest you have someone answer phone with some knowledge of your company.

I had a problem with my garage and after seeing the positive reviews for this company I gave them a call. I got in contact with Scott who is absolutely a gentleman and a professional. I honestly thought I needed a whole new garage door and was willing to pay for one but Scott didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He informed me that all I needed was a new spring for the door. Other companies would have taken advantage and charged me several thousand dollars for a new garage door. I recommend this company to everyone since they value integrity and honesty. Thanks Scott for the quick and professional repair!

We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Scott and David. We were having issues with our existing garage door opener not wanting to open at times via the remotes. We called Greer Overhead door and explained our issue. Instead of trying to upsell us to a new opener they explained that they were pretty sure it was just a setting that needed to be adjusted. The came out and made the adjustment and said we should not have any issues for some time and if we did to just give them a call. It was refreshing to work with a company that was not out to just make a dollar but to be honest and help you try to save money.

Phenomenal service! Extremely knowledgeable, prompt service, and great prices! I called around 8:45 am and Scott came out by 10:00 am to replace my broken springs. It's very clear that he is an expert on garage doors. He pointed out some mistakes the builder made when installing the door, but said they can be easily corrected if I wanted to do so later. They weren't issues that needed immediate attention but would increase the longevity of the door and opener if corrected. He seems very fair and honest regarding his work. I'm so glad I called him and will definitely be using him in the near future for some maintenance on the garage door. Thanks Scott!!

Greer OverHead Door has been a pleasure to work with. When one of the garage door openers gave up the ghost, I went out and bought a replacement for both door openers thinking I would self-install. After taking a look at this, and evaluating my own mechanical abilities, I turned to Scott Bandy from Greer Overhead Door. Not only did they install the doors flawlessly, they also fixed the root of the issue which was the tiny spring used on the massive double car garage door. Just recently, we had another issue at the house with our garage door. Scott was quick to respond to my phone call and schedule a time to come by the house. He easily assessed and fixed our mechanical issue. I trust Scott and his company and would most certainly utilize their services again.

This is by far the BEST company I've ever worked with for a problem like this! Our garage door opener completely fell apart on a Monday night, beyond repair, with cars stuck inside. I called Greer Overhead Door on Tuesday morning, and Scott came by within 30 minutes to provide a free estimate. He stayed for about an hour. He was very thorough in answering all my questions about what had gone wrong with our old opener, why it had broken, what should have been done differently, and also explained how the new opener system he intended to install would be better (and cheaper) than our old one. We have a double bay garage so I thought we'd have to replace both openers instead of just the broken one, but he said no - save your money - as long as the other one still works it's OK to have two separate systems. He was able to do the job on Thursday morning to have our new opener installed, barely 48 hours after I first called him! One of the problems with the broken opener is that the wrong spring had been installed at some point in the past, and he warned me that a new set of springs might be needed. But when he installed the new system, it turned out the existing spring (even though not quite correct) worked fine once he adjusted it and wound it correctly, and would not damage the new opener. So his honesty saved me - literally - hundreds of dollars. This company has integrity and fantastic customer service, and I will definitely use them again in future! Cannot recommend highly enough.
