Well the door worked OK from 10/28/14 until 11/22/14 and then it got stuck half open and would not work. I called the owner, Jim Floor(317)403-9139. I had forgot he live in Texas now, so I called the local number (317) 225-8133. I had to leave a message to let them know it was an emergency, I got no call back, so I had to call another company that cost $742.00 which I will be reporting on next. I wrote Jim and ask for a refund for a job that did not last 30 day's even, but he didn't answer. He has a list on Anie's List though saying 1 year on parts and labor. I did tell him I only wanted the money I paid him back, because I had to get the door fixed that day. I could not have let the door be broke all weekend, because I would have lost more than I'm out of already. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 springs with 1, ajust and alien tracks

Choose the right door is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. they called set an appt for me. They never showed up and never called. I missed a quarter of my work day waiting on them. I called all of these lovely numbers that they have floating around and each went straight to voicemail. I even called my warranty company and reported this. They tried contacting them as well and they never responded. it is a week later and they still have not called to at least apologize for their grossly unprofessional behavior. During this time, I was able to get another garage door company to call the same day and come out the next and my door will be repaired literally 4 days from the time the company contacted me. The parts were ordered and they followed up and came out to do the assessment and now have set a repair date. Stay away from choose the right door unless you just like wasting your time and being frustrated Services Rendered: Nothing
