I was SO impressed! From the time I called the office (the one in Brandon, MS) until my garage door was fixed was less than an hour. The guy (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he is the one that covers Rankin County in MS) was very prompt, very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I ever need any more work done on my garage door. I highly recommend them! They evidently have offices in Raymond, Madison, Jackson and Brandon, MS. Services Rendered: Replaced a broken spring (actually he replaced both springs) on my garage door.

I called in the late morning on 4/12/16, and was told that the provider would be in touch with me. He called me very shortly thereafter and told me he could come in the late afternoon of the following day and would be in touch before he came. He came exactly when he said he would. He was most courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. Because my door was such a mess, he was not sure he could make it work without replacing it, but would see what he could do... Oh my, not only did he get it back together and on the runners, but he enabled the automatic function of the door to work again in a safe manner. He knew exactly what I wanted and was able to do exactly what he said. I was MOST impressed, and am glad to have his contact information so I can call him again! Services Rendered: My garage door was battered and off the runners on both sides. The door would not open or close all the way, and was also off kilter. In other words, a mess and an eye sore!

I called to request service and was told I would be called that afternoon. I received a call 2 hours later that they were on their way. My husband had replaced the gear assembly in the garage door opener but the unit was not working. The two servicemen arrived promptly and after I described what had transpired they thought the circuit board might be the problem. After only a few minutes they were able to determine the wiring was not connected correctly. They corrected the wiring and recalabrated the opener. I was only charged for a service call. Both men were very professional. I highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Fixed our 15 year old garage door opener that we had tried to repair.

Called after another company could not come until later in the week. Said they could be at my house that afternoon. Showed up on time; very professional; was done in about 20-25 minutes. Services Rendered: Replaced two(2) springs, oiled the door and tightened the cable
