Google2I called them to have a small lawn equipment piece repaired, and was told, no they don't fix that brand, even though their online add states they repair all brands Wether it was bought there or not.

Google1Their repair service and customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They quoted me 2 weeks on getting my lawnmower repaired (a very simple repair). 3.5 weeks later they tell me it will be 6 weeks and that there is nothing they can do about it. They ship all their repairs to an offsite facility in Indiana. I spoke to a Manager and she could not have cared less - Her response was "sorry - that is our policy".

Google1Horrible service in flooring. Installers called me to finalize details the night before install day, then they never showed up!! Called their supervisor who said he doesn't know where they are"they vanished"!!! They give me an appointment 2 weeks later, then they show up and say "oh, these measurements are all wrong"! The measurements that THEIR technician made. The offered to install, but run the seams in the middle of the room!!! Incompetent and negligent, total disrespect of our time and needs...Haven't had a worse experience ever with any business... Never going there again
