Google5John did a fantastic job installing our doors. We had a lot of questions about what styles and types of doors that were available to us that John easily guided us through. Cannot say enough about the personalized service that he provided and would recommend PRO Line to anyone in need of garage door services.

Google5Very professional and competitive on price. John was a 1 man team on my entire install and was in and out in less than 4 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommended if any garage door services are needed, big or small

Google5Quick service. John came out on time he promised. Although our door required a special spring, he ordered it and had it the very next day. He came back and replaced the part the next day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend for garage door needs .

Google5John at ProLine Garage Doors is great! He has worked on my garage issues since I have lived in my house and has always been nice and respectful. He is very knowledgeable and will come out as soon as he can to help!! They are super reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Google3*Update* John did reach out to me and offered an apology. I respect him for doing so and appreciate that he wanted to explain his side of the story. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 star for this reason. I was excited to do business with John after speaking with him on the phone. He seemed eager to fix our garage door and had great Google reviews. Shortly after, there was difficulty actually getting an appointment scheduled. It felt like he was giving myself and my tenant the run around. At the time, I just thought he was super busy, but looking back, it was a red flag for what was to come. He ended up no showing his appointment, wasting my time and my tenant's time in the process. When we both reached out to him for answers, our calls were not returned nor texts responded to. I could see on messenger where he viewed my messages. Even though I was civil and unaccussatory, he ignored my messages still. Very disappointed how things turned out. I usually like to use small businesses for maintenance repairs on our house that we are renting out, but after John wasted 2+ months of my time, I needed to get the repair done in a timely manner. Google search led me to Precision Garage Door in Lexington. They service Richmond too. They came the same day I called and gave flawless service. Theresa was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Google5I had a mishap with a towing company who put a car thru my garage door, I called John over at pro-line door company he was available to come out the next day and quote me out .He was better priced than any other companies and was willing to fix more than the others at a cheaper price .He had parts ordered and my door replaced within 6 days from ordered parts date. I could not be more happy with his work his parts and his company. Thank you John. I recommend pro-line for any garage door repairs.
