Google5Amazing Garage Door Company! They came out immediately to do an estimate, and they helped us special order door which came un quickly and then called to install it 1 day later it was very professional and clean and they are amazing I would highly recommend them if you need a great garage door company this is it. Google5Checked prices at a couple of other places. They were best priced. Called them at 2pm, garage door spring was fixed by 4pm. Super efficient, prompt service - which is rare in the valley! Highly recommended

Google2Gate did not get installed until two months after payment was processed. Ordered the simplest gate they offer and was given an initial estimate of three weeks. Then, the install was done over the span of nearly a week, with the gate being left unsecured, which eventually led to it falling on and injuring one of my dogs. Even with the delay and the additional vet costs incurred, no price reduction/discount was given. Would have given 1 star, but someone did answer every time I called, and they were always aware of my project and were able to provide status information.

Yelp1I just bought and brand new home and the garage door was inadequately installed by Lone Star Doors. I told two people the garage door light doesn't work and they needed to come finish the job. I was given attitude by a jersey that said it wasn't their job to install the light on the garage door. These people do half ass work and then insult you when you call then out on it. Stay away from these ass holes.

Google5Like to start with how honest and diligent this company has been for me since about 2010..... the door they installed for just 250.00 has been the best ever. after years of service she began to waver. 2021 this company came out to refurbish it.... cost me 70.00 again it broke.. called the boss and he sent another tech to re-inspect it. I thought they would charge me. not this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no charge!!!!!!!!!! and they did work to make sure it would not happen again! I am a retired marine master sergeant of 22 yrs and recently retired prison state supervisor... its a no brainer....the man who answers ur call will the one who will take care of concerns..don't even know his name.

Yelp5Have been using Lone Star Doors for close to 15 years, very satisfied with their service and their quality of work. Two years ago, they replaced the electric motor, sensors and key pads. This week, they replaced the door, we decided to go with windows instead of a solid door and no windows. The job was done professionally at a a very reasonable price. Adam the owner is extremely professional and prompt. Thanks Adam!

Google1Lone Star Doors had repaired our commercial shop door on august 3, 2020. They promised a one year warranty, 3 months have gone by and the door malfunctioned again with the similar issue. So our manager and I called the owner of Lone star doors to complain about the issue and comes to know they don't want to cover anything, he claims we tried fixing the door ourselves. Aside from that a lot of sarcasm and attitude from the owner of this company, basically laughing at our face. Common sense, why would we try to fix it, knowing it has warranty!? WOULD NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH LONE STAR DOORS, WATCH OUT, READ THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!

Yelp5We have used Lone Star Doors on several occasions and each time they've been responsive, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. They explain the issue to include parts, repair, replacement and costs. They are also efficient when scheduling or responding to the service call. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend to others.
