Google5Came out same day, in the ice and sleet, not only fixed the cable, but tightened up spring, replaced some rail screws, and fixed a roller to prevent future issues. Above and beyond!

Google5The Garage Door Doctor was very professional and personable. I was able to text them about my specific issue with a cracked piece of wood that was barely holding up the railing. They were open to fit me in the next day. He went and bought the wood replacement and finished the job sooner than I thought all while doing some other minor fixes with no extra charges! The Garage Door Doctor also gave my son $5 for his 5th birthday. You won't get service like this with other companies! Thank you The Garage Door Doctor for your help and I will definitely pass you on to my family and neighbors!
