Google5He came to my service knowledgeable and prompt. My door fell off track and, it was fixed as promised. I would highly recommend him to anybody with a garage door problem.

Google5This morning I heard a loud bang in my garage leaving out to go to work. The door wouldn't go up at all and, I was already running behind. I called The Garage Door Man and let him know. He came out and replaced my spring within 1 hour and saved my day. I recommend The Garage Door Man for anybody in emergency situations that need to get out of there garage. I called 2 other companies and I would have had to miss work today for a later appointment. Luckily I didn't have to.

Google1I called and finally got a response. The gentleman asked me to send the pictures of what I got and he'd get back with me ASAP. All I wanted was an estimate. A ballpark really. On how much it would cost to replace one to two panels. Something I would assume is very basic. And I never got a response. The severity of the situation for me was very important. It was for repeat client that is a Realitor that doesn't call anybody else but me for good reason. I'm a small local renovations business. And I try to be an all-around customer service company That's able to take care of all residential and commercial issues. So that the customer does not have to deal with a whole bunch of people. With that said I'm not able to do it all so I have to have people that I work with that are reliable. I don't know what it is but I've repaired 20 garage doors this year with out the time to spare to do it. I should be doing estimates and meeting customers so that the guys that do work for me that are reliable can stay busy throughout the year. Maybe when I get bigger and I will get bigger I can either find someone that will pick up and be reliable or go ahead and start my own overhead door company. Thanks anyway guys but I won't be recommending you.

Google5We had a broken spring so I googled repair men in Southaven. I called The Garage Door Man and lo and behold he came within a couple hours! Was so not expecting that kind of service! Very quick and great work. Would def recommend to anyone

Google5Simon was wonderful and provided great Professional work. He came out to our home at the last minute and was able to save the day. He honored his warranty and we are pleased. If you need any garage door work to be completed, Simon is the man to call.

Google5Simon was absolutely awesome!! Our spring on the garage door broke and he was at our house within an hour. He had it fixed in less than an hour! I can't recommend him enough!!! Absolutely awesome customer service and super polite!!

Google1This guy will not honor warranty work, had my springs replaced and it broke again in less than 6 months but was given a 1 year warranty, contacted the young man was told to send a pic of it broken , sent picture and after that he completely ignored every call therafter... BAD BUSINESS!!!

Google5I highly recommend This company. Simon and Nathan were both extremely professional and kind. They let us know all of our options. Called and let us know each step as we went along. He was out here the next morning after I called which we needed our garage fixed immediately. They were upfront and honest about if our garage could be repaired or just needed replaced completely. He showed us how to get it down in the meantime while we waited for the new one to come in. (Which was not a long wait at all) He stayed in contact with us letting us pick our options or just to update us the entire time. We chose to have the replacement, but having the option and knowing that we could just repair if needed meant a lot to us. We are getting some more work done from them and I could not speak more highly of them. The workmanship and pricing is fantastic! Thank you so much! We look forward to working with y'all again.
