Excellent service and very prompt attention. Be prepared to pay a premium for such good service. I was surprised by the pricing of additional services because the premium parts did not require additional labor. As a result I almost just decided to do the work myself. Chad the Technician was very professional, earned my business and did a great job. The peace of mind is worth spending a few extra bucks to ensure it's done by a professional. I'm glad we worked out a deal.

We called A1 to handle our garage door repair. Our technician, James, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the tradeoffs and costs involved with some different repair options, made sure we were comfortable with a solution that met our needs and budget, and completed the work in a fast and efficient manner. We would highly recommend A1 and James to others.

James did a fantastic job for me, considering the age and condition of the garage and doors. he explained what he was doing, gave me some options on what i needed, and replaced 2 springs. he let me know what other parts were gonna wear out soon and what i can do to maybe squeeze a lil more life outta the old rickety setup i have. James was courteous, professional, and extremely pleasent to work with. My whole experience with A1, from start to finish was wonderful, and i would tell anyone with garage door issues, do not hesitate to give these folks a call. you won't be disappointed. First it was great to be able to have the repairs completed on New Year's Eve and on a Sunday. Our car was trapped inside the garage! Our technician James was great. He was timely, polite, and efficient. He communicated every detail of the job, and I would highly recommend him and the company.

Had an awesome experience with Trevor O. Was really helpful through the process of getting our springs replaced and a new opener installed. Helped me understand each step along the way and why certain things were and maybe were not important to me. Would certainly recommend.

Trevor Ongie was great to work with after our garage door stopped working. He was very thorough in explaining our options. We decided to completely replace both doors and add an opener on the other side - he and his team were patient and made sure we got the perfect size and color. We are very happy with everything and would recommend A1 to anybody looking for garage door maintenance or replacement.

The customer service is outstanding. I sent an email over the weekend and got an email and text response immediately. I was able to schedule someone as soon as the following day. I received a photo and info about my technician and he even called me to see if he could bring me a cup of coffee! He walked me through everything as he went along and provided me with different options based on affordability and necessity. Highly recommend this company and Chad is the best!
