California overhead doors were great! Ignacio and Joseph arrived promptly at scheduled time. They were very professional and answered any question I had. I needed some extra parts that were not with the door I had purchased elsewhere. They went to their shop and found what I needed. I'm very happy with my new garage door! thank you California overhead doors! I will highly recommend you to anyone needing a garage door!

I called and set up an appointment, and they gave me a window between 1 and 3pm. I called to confirm the appt, voicemail. Called 4 more times all voice mail. No call to say I'm late or not showing up. Do you know how hard it is to have your EX girlfriend wait from 1pm to 3pm for someone that doesn't show up. I'm so screwed. I called another company in town (Latin family and starts with a P) and they have already checked out the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled to install tomorrow. Its after 3pm on the same day as the no show, and the other company took my call, got someone out to my house, found the problem and scheduled the install and its not even 430pm the same day. That is customer service!

Upon getting back from vacation as I was about to head out to do some grocery shopping when our main garage door would no longer go up. The spring broke and I couldn't get my car out. Can you imagine not being able to get the car out and get some groceries....oh the horror! I mean when you're out of eggs, you're out of eggs. I called the company that we've used in the past but they were out of town. I decided to call California Overhead Door an see if they could fix the problem. They promptly answered my call and scheduled an appointment to come out and take care of it. They came out once and let us know that we needed to move some shelving (more like, I have too much crap in my garage ha ha ha, they were so polite about it). Of course, I left the shelf moving to my husband...hee hee....oops. They came back the next morning to do the repair. I was not home but my husband was here and he said they went above and beyond and really took their time to repair everything. As a business owner and a contractor himself my husband couldn't say enough great things about the guys who came out to make the repairs. This was a very professional company with great attention to detail. Highly recommend them!

California Overhead Door (COD) has been looking after us "forever." In January, "Eddie Leon" salvaged our broken garage door with an ingenious solution that cost a fraction of a new door. Today, "Ignacio Ponce" installed a new garage door opener system. The best compliment and recommendation for any contractor is when the client is so happy with the work, value, professionalism, and friendship that the client looks for another project for the contractor. Unfortunately, COD only works on garage doors and they warrant their work. In our experience they treat us like family, charge reasonable prices, are punctual, professional and set the bar high for any other contacted services. We strongly recommend COD to all.

I had a garage door spring snap and needed it fixed. Ignacio showed up the next morning (on time) and was very clear with the options available. THEY ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND PROMPTLY FIXED THE PROBLEM WE WERE EXPERIENCING WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR OPENER. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WARRANTY THEY OFFER, BUT THEY LEFT SOME GREASE SMUDGES ON THE WALL NEAR THE ACTIVATION BUTTON. OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED. Services Rendered: GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPAIR.
