Google5For several days the door opener was not operating properly. It opened the garage door but didn't close down completly, making a loud noise. I was able to close by holding and pressing any one of the remote controls with still the noise ongoing. I called for service early in the morning and was scheduled for the afternoon. Zack arrived promptly and started troubleshooting the system. He went through the whole system, concluded and recommended a replacement opener. He installed the new opener, oiled moving parts, calibrated all the new controls including an outdoor keypad. While working, Zack exhibited professional skills and was very polite. He stated he would NOT leave until all work was correctly done, completed and running well. He also cleaned up the garage floor. Thank you ZACK!!

Google5We are extremely satisfied with Zack's work. He showed up when he promised, worked hard to fix our garage door's problems, and was very professional. We will definitely contact him in the future if we have problems with our garage doors.

BBB1Integrity charged $*** for a torsion spring replacement. The technician did not provide the senior discount as advertised. He arrived several hours after his designated appointment.

Google5I had just come home from work, and my garage door was acting up! It would just lift a foot, go down, then stay up at just that height again. Couldn't even lift it up manually as it was dangerously so heavy. I called Integrity Garage Door Repair as they were listed as 24/7 on call emergency service, too. They handled everything professionally! Zack came in on the time that he said he would and ready to solve the problem promply. In an hour, he fixed the problem making me finally have a sigh of relief. Thank you so much, again!

Google5Zack was phenomenal! I just bought a house and the garage door was broken. I called this morning and he was at my house to take a look at it and able to fix it within a couple of hours. Super friendly guy and a true professional at his craft.

Google5Zack was great! Came quickly and completed the work in a professional manner. He answered all my question on the new installation. He also installed the best brand opener, LiftMaster, which are long lasting. I know that because the opener he replaced was a LiftMaster over 20 years old!

Google5Zack with Integrity Garage Door repair was great! He came to the home on time, gave an estimate of the repair, and fixed the garage door on the spot. Keep in mind, this was on Christmas Eve.... So kudos to Integrity Garage Door repair! Awesome service, use these guys for your garage door repair needs.

Google5Zack is amazing! He was so friendly and was so sweet with our 3 pups! I could tell he genuinely wants to do what's best for the client. He fixed our issue and let me know that at some point we are going to need to replace our garage door opener but there was no pressure to do it today. He assured me that our current one would continue to work for awhile if we didn't want to replace today. I appreciated that he did not pressure us to replace today. He was a pleasure to talk to and and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!!! We will be calling them in the new year to replace our opener!!!

Google4My automatic garage door opener was initially installed by Integrity 1/29/2023. Last Wednesday, 11/29/2023, the garage door only went up half way. The arm that pulls and pushes the garage door had pulled away from the door. This was due to faulty installation. I called Integrity and fled a complaint and requested a new Technician to come out and fix the issue. On Sunday, 12/3/2023, a Technician came out as promised and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. I recommend Integrity for all your garage door needs.

Google5Exceptional service from 'Integrity garage Door repair'! I recently had them repair my garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The Technician, Zack, arrived promptly when predicted, diagnosed the issue, gave estimates for various repairs and recommended part replacements (30+year old door). Showed me new parts were better than original contractor parts. Completed repairs and door works perfectly. I highly recommend Zack with Integrity, for anyone in need of reliable garage door services.

Yelp1I sent a request online for a new garage door installation with a new opener. I received a call from a woman to schedule an appointment. She informed me that there is a Service fee and if I decide to purchase with them, the fee will go toward the work. I told her nevermind I can find a company that does free estimates. She then informed me that she would waive the fee and inform the driver that the fee was waived. When the driver arrived, he informed me they do not install garage doors (Uh, Look on your website: https://garagedoorrepairchesapeake.com/). Even on the side of the truck, it states Garage Doors Openers Repairs Kinda false advertising. Well, the driver then asked about me paying the $55 service fee for him to be there a whole 5-10 minutes. I would watch using this company. There are to many other companies who have better integrity. Lastly, I was called by the driver and asked to take down my review for fear of him losing his job. He stated this was all a miscommunication. After a lot of "Discussion," I told him to not call me again and that there was nothing more to say. Reading other reviews, sounds like there is a LOT of miscommunication.

Yelp1I wish I read some reviews before calling these guys. They are big into to upselling and overcharging. I have a lift master professional that I had installed in 2006 and it has worked flawlessly until now. I called Integrity and paid the $55 estimate that took all but 10 min and 5 of that was how my liftmaster garage door spring was under sized for the motor. But he had the right one of course. Not sure how long you can stay in business screwing potential customers $55 at a time.

BBB5Zack came out to give an estimate and did a same day install of a new garage door opener for us and made repairs to the existing garage door at no additional cost. We had a previous estimate given by a different company that insisted we had to replace our garage door before they would replace the motor. We asked Zack out for a second opinion. He made a few adjustments to our garage door so that we would not need to replace it and saved us a ton of money and allowed us to keep our beautiful solid wood garage door. I am very happy with the work he did and will definitely refer my friends to Integrity Garage Door Repair.

BBB5I had a very squeaky garage door. Zack came and showed me how the cables were about to snap and that we had a potentially dangerous situation. He suggested replacement with a newer spring system and estimated 2-3 hours of work. Through no fault of his, the job took longer, but he stayed later into the evening on a Friday night to make sure all was well. When he left, everything was perfect. I can't say enough about his commitment to my satisfaction with the work. He worked hard and delivered exactly what he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Top-notch!

Yelp1I contacted Integrity for a possible garage door replacement job. They responded quickly. They told me they charged $55 for an estimate which would be applied to the bill if they did the job. They came the next day, spent 15 minutes looking at my door and wrote me an estimate of $8000 to replace my door and motor. As my door was a custom door installed 15 years earlier, it seemed odd that the guy would be able to quote a figure wighout calling or checking with the manufacturer. His estimate was $8000. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Wallen Door Repair. The owner, Wes, came, inspected and told me he would need to check on the current pricing and availabllity of door panels. His estimate came two days later (at no charge). It was under $3000. That's a 65% savings. Wallen did the job extremely well and I would never call Integrity for a job or estimate. I'm not sure they have looked up the definition of the word, "integrity".

Yelp1Worst service, regret using them. The guy measured the doors using his feet. Ordered the wrong size, had to reschedule like 4 times...asked him to service the door... Asked him about the bar across the top that my inspector said was missing he said I didn't need it. After 30days or so the entire door broke off the new panels. Called them.... They never returned my call. They have no idea what they are doing.

BBB5I needed immediate repairs done when my door broke late at night. Sean came out the next morning. I was given options for repairs and pricing for each. The work was done quickly and professionally. The door is working great. I recommend this company to everyone.

BBB5I called this morning after a broom got stock in the track and knocked my double garage door out of whack. They were at my house within an hour and had the door working properly. He also tuned up my single garage door. Both doors serviced quickly and efficiently. Excellent response time and excellent price.

Yelp1We have a high door Liftmaster8500 and it stopped working on Saturday. Door kinda fell while closing and did not want to open again. So obviously something was wrong. Had a tech come out today which was pretty quick! Tech moved door up and down a few times, tried with the button to do so, pulled a few times on the disengage string and said gear is broken. OK! That meant we need a WHOLE NEW system for $1500, instead of maybe fixing the gear or just changing the motor itself. Oh and he never opened the front cover to confirm. So me being cheap but want shit fixed, I started looking at it. Took the front cover off, started the lift and the motor and gears are just working fine. then I realized that one of the screws for the collet that connects the motor to the main shaft was missing! Really a broken screw stopped the motor rotation to transfer to the main shaft that would have opened the door. And they wanted to sell me a brand new $1500 unit for nothing. Sorry but maybe your Techs need to learn to trouble shoot better because this is a bit over the top! Don't trust anyone to be honest, even if they have great reviews!

Yelp1Similar to the below review. The technician was not a native speaker. I am not sure if it was because of his English, or because of his lacking communication skills, but I was not explained enough about difference between tension and torsion springs. I did not even know the name of torsion spring system until after he left. When I told him all I needed was replacement of one broken tension spring out of two, he just said "noone has this type of garage anymore ", then showed me a picture of the garage door with a torsion spring saying this would be the only way to fix my garage. He then pointed my other garage door and recommended a new torsion spring installation because those tension springs were not in good shape. Not having knowledge of garage doors and reading 5 star only reviews from somewhere else, I decided to listen to him even though it was very expensive installations. Yet I could not afford for 3, 5, or 10 years warranty because the price would be a few thousands dollars more. Well the first 10 days my garage doors with new torsion springs worked how they were supposed to work. Then one of the garage door failed to operate because one cable that pulls the door broke off. This was yesterday, and I left a text message since they were closed on Sunday. I am waiting for them to get back to me today to see what they would say about my dissatisfaction and disappointment on this.

Yelp2They responded very fast but there was a language barrier, not a big deal until money is involved. They tried to tell us you can't fix the system I had. Wanted us to pay a lot of money for new torsion system. I went online and found the part in 30 min and had it here in 3 days. So far the door is fixed at nearly 1/3 of their original on the spot high pressure quote.
