Google5We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Precision Garage Door over the past few years. We recently had an issue with our door getting stuck on the track and not opening properly/fully. Patrick came out to look at our door today and he was able to fix the track and the problem roller in no time. He even noticed we had a few bolts missing on another part of the door and fixed those for us as well. His expertise was apparent and he was great at describing and demonstrating ways we could maintain our door to help avoid any future problems. Hopefully we won't have any more issues going forward but we will definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Google5My torsion spring snapped during a cold spell this winter, and my garage was closed down locking my cars in, couldn't even manually open it. James from Precision came out and had new springs placed in no time at all. Whole job took him less than an hour, and he inspected the rollers and drive belt, and added silicone spray to the areas that needed it. Highly highly recommend these guys.

Google5We needed our seal under our garage door replaced because the recent snow storm left two substantial piles of snow inside of our garage. We called Precision Garage Door Service of Omaha and Patrick came out and replaced the seal and the cables that pull the garage door up and let it down as one of those cables was rusting. We've had Precision replace our rollers and main springs in the past. It's good to know our garage door will be reliable for years to come.

Google5Our garage door collapsed January 16, 2024 . Mr. Randy Ross came and gave me an estimate and with the coordination of Deb Ross was able to arrange a crew to install a new garage door January 17. In time before it drop to -20 degrees. It would usually take about a week or two for installation. Justin and James did a great job with the installation, they were friendly courteous and professional working under the very cold conditions. Thank you to the Precision Garage Door Company, you are definitely 5 stars.

Google5I partially backed into my garage door. Patrick came to our house told me we would have to get a new panel. He said he was happy to do it but to save money I should consider going to the original company who made/installed the doors. He was very honest and did not charge me for the visit. This was the second time Precision garage did an excellent job (we had used them before when we needed a repair).

Google5Patrick was great. He stayed until 8:30pm in freezing weather to fix my tenant's door, so they could get their car out of the garage. He even through in a couple of parts so that he would be happy "putting his name" on the job. Thanks for the emergency service!

Yelp5I called Precision to set up an appointment to replace a couple garage door keypads. After setting up an appointment, I got a call from the owner of the company, Debbie, troubleshooting my issue to make sure I wasn't going to pay for a service I didn't need. Her suggestion ended up working for one of the keypads and saved me half of the estimated price! I did still needed one of the keypads replaced and they were so incredibly flexible with my very odd hours of availability. Franky gave me a call to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was so incredibly personable and impressively speedy! My keypads are now both in working order thanks to Debbie, Franky, and Precision Garage Door Services!

Yelp2I always get Get more than 1 bid for repairs. I'm glad I did in this case. Rep was very professional and positive but the estimate was 250% higher than the firm awarded to replace a spring on my garage door

Yelp1Customer of 15 years, they installed the door when house was new and serviced it since. We called them to ask if there was an easier way to reset my garage code on the keypad vs. getting on a ladder to reset. Phone person said she'd have to make an appointment for a tech to come out and could have a tech call me- which they never did, but a person called me the next day to see if I needed an appointment. By then I had done what I should have done in the first place and looked on You Tube. 1 minute fix. Easy and from the keypad. Won't call them again. Thats the kind of people you are dealing with.

Yelp5I've worked with Precision Garage Door on a few occasions on a couple different properties. In all cases they were very fast, and delivered quality service at a good price. Special thanks to Rick, Sean, and Dustin who were able to help me out with installing a new unit and programming the remote garage openers. I have Precision saved in my phone and would definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.

Yelp1The garage door was dented upon installation, they said they'd fix that but never did. More importantly though, the new garage door remotes are almost completely unresponsive. They only work about 10% of the time. Usually i have to sit in my driveway pressing the button repeatedly until it opens, sometimes it takes 2 tries, sometimes it takes 20, sometimes it never opens at all and i have to go inside through the front door to open the garage from the inside. There are times when the garage won't even respond to pressing the button on the wall mounted opener inside as well. We've tried to get help with this and they're unresponsive. We paid ~$5,000 cash for a new garage door to be installed and expected so much better for that price.

Yelp5tldr: These guys are stored in my phone. I am still looking at the clock in disbelief. First off, the repairmen that arrived, Rick and Travis, are complete rock stars. I tried to open my garage this morning and it was having none of it. It did not take too much investigation to realize we would need to replace the opener as the chain was not moving as I could hear the motor running. I created a spreadsheet in preparation for what I thought would be an hours-long process of decisions of who I might hire to repair. I called Precision as the first option. My phone calls stopped instantly. Extremely friendly help desk assistance. Free estimate, available basically instantly, my own purchased opener installed without question and no additional charge. Rick and Travis showed up in less than an hour and said the motor would cost ~$220 to replace. I went to Lowe's and purchased a brand new unit for $180. Not only did they replace the entire unit, but they also ensured my vehicle was programmed to open the door (it was unable to prior). These guys were at my house for an hour and everything was replaced and working better than I could have imagined.

Yelp5Had a second hand guy install my garage door etc,took him and his helper almost 4 hrs to install it,and it still wasn't right,following day had Precision Door come take a look,and a guy named Rick showed up,and he re adjusted,Aligned and fixed everything the other guy messed up or didn't complete,and all it cost me was a hand shake I'm going to sell the door I just got,and have precision come in and replace everything,Rick quote me a price on a high quality setup I can't pass up.. Wanna that Rick and his Staff for their professionalism today

Yelp5We had our door replaced by James and Colton and they were amazing! From the very first time he came out to see what was going on with our previous door, to the end of the job, James was incredibly professional. Both gentlemen today were efficient, kind, and thorough. We had a new opener installed too and James took the time to walk me through how it worked and important things I needed to know. I would highly recommend not only Precision Garage Door Service, but specifically James!
