I phoned Iconic Garage Door Services requesting garage door service and a technician Caleb showed up 3 hours later. Caleb was very knowledgeable and we discussed my options to solve the garage door issues. His suggestion was more than I wanted to spend but Caleb explained the limitations if I cheeped out on the service needed. I decided to go with his suggestion and I am very glad I did. I received a flyer in the ads... I called because the garage was alittle stiff and I didn't want my car to get stuck inside. Made an appointment and sure enough one of the major parts had cracked. My tech was wonderful!... They came out within a day... on time!Polite, professional and provided all of my options. I chose to have all parts replaced and now I have a totally new garage door... Running smoothly. The work was completed within a few hours, and he walked us thru and set up the remotes and other new features. I believe his name was Brock/Blaze... I'm terrible, but he was terrific

The serviceman was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and when it came to cost he was very helpful. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Services Rendered: Installed a new motor and replace the old chain system with a belt driven system, he made adjustments to the door, replaced the track wheels with new rubber. He basically rebuilt the garage door. It operates so smooth and quietly. My wife is so happy. Thank you so very much.

I used request a quote and got a response right away. You can't beat a free trip charge! I'm very glad I went with this biz, and if you do too, I recommend asking for Vincent. He was great, diagnosed the issue right away and even recommended nylon rollers for a smoother and quieter garage. Thanks for all your help Vincent!

I gave Iconic a chance due to their insanely high 5-star rating on google and their proximity to my location. I called on Monday 5/1/23 and set up a 4-6pm appointment window. I waited around all evening and it turned out to be a no call no show. I called but just got their 24hr call center and left a message regarding the poor experience. I got a call next morning from Darlene (I think, maybe Darlena) apologizing profusely about how the service order never got submitted. Fine. Honest mistake, we're all human. I rescheduled for Tuesday 5/2/23 from 4-6pm. Guy came out and I told him of the problem. My Liftmaster 888LM control panel was on the fritz and it probably needed replaced. I let him do his complimentary inspection and thats where things went south quickly. He told me my motherboard in the overhead unit was toast after attempting to use a few other model numbers of Liftmaster control panels. I said ok what are my options. He proceeded to give me only 3 options for a new garage door opener. They were approximately $1000, $1200 and $1400. He also said my springs were "weak" and needed replacement of both springs, bearings and cables. Approximately another $1200. Then he wanted to replace the bulkhead where the garage door attaches to the house above the door itself, because of a hairline crack in the wood. I am unaware if that was going to cost extra or if it was included because by that time I'd heard enough. I thanked him for his time and got a second opinion. I had Quick Response garage doors replace my single car garage opener back in 2021 for $400. I called them today Wednesday 5/3 and had Bryan come out. I told him the same story about my control panel attached to the house being on the fritz. My model was an 888LM. He tried the newer model 889LM and it works fine. I am unsure of what models Iconic used to test with. The only one I remember him saying was an 882LM. The technician told me he hadn't been with the company long, so I'm inclined to believe he may have not known what he was doing. Had he tried an 889LM I wouldn't be writing this review. He was a better salesman than a technician. I bought the new control panel with Quick Response and paid for the service call and was done in less than 30 minutes. Bryan also took a look at my springs and they are fine. When detached the garage holds it own when half open. At this point I can only believe this company deliberately attempts to upsell their products on basic service calls. I would avoid this company at all cost. Don't be a sucker, you are always able to get a second opinion. I did and saved thousands of dollars. Iconic Garage Door Services I am disappointed. Do better!

Submitted a request on **** on Saturday 26 November for Garage ************ and was expecting a service call on Monday at the earliest and was pleasantly surprised and the timeliness of the response when ****** sent me a text telling me she could get a tech out my way on Friday which was fine I didn't have an emergency, and when I replied she informed me that they had a tech that could be at my location with the hour which worked even better.When **** the tech arrived he took a look at what I had going on, I had initially requested a dual torsion spring install because the original single spring that was installed in ***************************************** place and I have since had an insulated door installed and felt that the single spring was not a good idea any longer.I will say I am very happy with ****** work and his attention to detail on identifying issues which could have easily become catastrophic i.e. bearings worn to the point they were powdery and the center bearing was plastic not doing it's job at all, also he identified an issue with the door bowing when it opened.He installed a beam brace across the door which stopped the bowing and replaced the bearings on both ends and center along with installing the correct torsion springs. Thank you for the awesome workmanship and timeliness of service.

My carport was wider than a normal garage opening. A special door had to be ordered. They gave me a date the door would be arriving. I had it installed a week later. The technician who installed the door was friendly, efficient, and knew his job. I was told how long the installation would take and the estimate was correct.
