Google1Called about having the weather stripping on the sides and on top on my garage repaired or replaced as I could see a lot of light coming through. He shows up and says they don't fix that. Only the bottom weather stripping on the garage door. But because I said weather stripping to the person answering the phone and I didn't specifically say the trim I was charged $29. Apparently I am responsible for knowing exact garage door lingo and should have said trim instead of weather stripping to the person answering the phone. Even though I was very specific saying on the sides and on top of the garage door. They took zero responsibility for their person who takes the calls not knowing the work they do and do not do. I have an aging garage door currently and they made my decision very easy on who to use to get a new garage door. I won't be calling them. Enjoy the $29.

Google5Aiden & Sons Garages did an exceptional job, providing swift service. Great prices too. I would certainly employ their services again. I strongly recommend them, especially if you need a garage door installer in Allison Park. Arthur and Taylor were particularly outstanding.

Google5wonderful company. The young lady that helped me over the phone at the office was helpful! Her name was Kristi I believe. She helped me out and had the guys over to repair my door pretty Nothing makes a company better than excellent supportive friendly Knowledgeable employees. Thanks!

Google1I had called them to get an estimate on a garage door. I had taken off a partial day of work for this appointment and I received the early window for it. Not only did they not show up, I got a call saying that the technician tried reaching out to me when they did not. I have no phone/email/text notifications of them trying to reach me. When I called the main office to cancel the appointment- the person on the phone said "okay, bye". I wish the customer service would have been a little better.

Google5Greyson G installed my new garage door and his representation for the company could not have been better. Was polite, personable, and more importantly, knew his job. detail oriented. The door looks great!

Google5Geoffrey was respectful, and calmed our concerns about the fix needed in our garage door. fixed the door without delay and we were glad with the outcome. We would definitely welcome him and this company to do business with in the future.

Google5great service! I contacted Eugene in the morning to fix an ongoing issue with our garage. He is responsive and flexible with time. He arrived the same day to give a free quote and ended up fixing on the same visit. His fees are affordable and he runs a reliable business. Would recommend!

Google5one of the easiest companies to deal with. good price and product. The customer work was exceptional they ask for your feedback on any astetics before they finish the job. A great family owned business. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a new garage door or repairing an old one.
