Google5After an unfortunate collision between my rooftop rack and garage door, I contacted two other companies that declared it a total loss. I had used Jack's for commercial door repair, but after they fixed my residential garage door that would have otherwise required a $3K replacement via custom order and several weeks of waiting I will use them for everything I can! Back in action and moving smoothly thanks to Jack's. Do you have merch? ;)

Google5Totally customer service driven people. Sean & Jesse went out of their way to make sure I understood what they found and what they had done and set us up on an annual PM schedule. It was great to meet them and I am so glad they are taking care of our local facilities. It's all about wanting to help, not all about how much they can charge for. Yelp1A car ran into our garage door and damaged lower 2 panels so we just replaced those. It was fine at first but after awhile I noticed small cracks in the lower panel apparently from the rail not being adjusted properly. When I called jacks, they sent the same guy who installed it to look at it. He said someone had run into it again. ?????? No possible way! It was obvious that the door had damage that was caused by the door not being adjusted properly and it has caused issues on all the panels now. I went to the office and talked to them and they said they had looked at the photos and agreed with their technician. No surprise! So much for their warranty.

Google5We had several people come out and try to repair the phone lines to our gate. Nobody could figure out what the issues were. Jack's Overhead Doors came out and within an hour the puzzle had been solved and our gate was working again. Saved us lots of money and time! THANK YOU!

Google5As a realtor I know how hard it is to find good contractors. Our garage door broke with my car stuck behind it. My husband called Jack's and they were there in 2 hours, replaced the spring and I was back in business. Thanks Jack's. You on my vendor list now :)

Google5These folks are great! Had my opener unit for 20-ish years when it finally gave up. Gave Jack's a call on Friday and they were able to make it out the next Monday. He checked the whole door set up (track, spring, motor, etc..). Gave me the option and just so happened that another job fell through and he had a unit on his truck. Quick call to the office and he was able to get it all done in a few hours instead of having to come back another day. I checked the cost of the full unit online and Jack's was right in line with that plus the install. Good price. Local Business. Quality and experienced work. Well done guys! Can't thank you enough.

Google5As an architect and property manager - I need STRENGTH, long term low maintenance FUNCTION and BEAUTY - all at a fair price. Scott came out to install this beautiful overhead door that brought so much light to our new tenants space. Scott was: experienced, organized, professional, accurate, detail orientated, kind and patient. I plan to use them again going forward. UPDATE: 10/11/2019 - Scott came out to help us on another approx 50 year old door on Friday. They installed a salvaged window panel for our new tenant. As usual Scott did excellent work and even repaired other problems the door had at the same time. If you want the craftsmanship that comes with years of experience and care, ASK FOR SCOTT, I've been pleased with his work every job he has done for us.

Yelp3Lady who takes calls is hard to work with. I scheduled and received no confirmation via email that she indicated she would send. Had to call back twice to confirm the appointment. Technician who showed up was great, however he showed up at 7:30AM instead of 8:30 as I was told. Seems a little disorganized. Guy who came out was awesome though.

Yelp2Jacks in the old days was 5 stars but now its 2 only I had them out to change out 2 doors. The doors are nice but the workmanship was sub par the doors had a 2" weather strip on the bottom and there was still a 3/4 in gap on the bottom the door was set to high to close and they removed the opener from the old door and did not install it on the new doors so I had to get new brackets to hook them up because they were still on the old doors that were removed and last but not least when they installed the side locks they striped the holes so they raised it up and angled it above the striped out holes so now I have 4 extra holes in my door and the locks are crooked looks bad WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Google5The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday, with me on the outside and my car locked in on the inside! I called Jack's and their on call guy called back within minutes and came right over. He made a temporary repair to the door, ordered the correct spring and they called and re-scheduled for the permanent fix right after the 4th of July. They could have charged us an arm and leg...it was the Saturday before July 4th, but they are very honest, trustworthy and extremely customer oriented and charged a very fair price. I would HIGHLY recommend Jack's Overhead Door

Google5When the spring in my garage broke, the guys at Jack's Overhead Door were a lifesaver! Since my garage is detached I was unable to get my car out and they immediately put me on the schedule. When their commercial repair guy finished up with a job early he came by instead and helped me get my door open. He was very nice and didn't even charge me for the initial visit! They ordered the part for me and came out within a couple days to get it fixed and I was ready to go! Price was very reasonable and their customer service was great! I've already recommended them to several other people.

Yelp1They came by on a friday to repair my garage door realized they didn't have the correct parts to repair so would have to call back on monday with a quote and would order parts and return on either Tuesday or Wednesday to repair. Didn't hear from them on monday so I called and they said they were working on bid and would get back to me shortly. Still never heard from them and it's a week later. Had to call another company who was out the next day to get quote and repaired right away. Will never use, call, or refer jacks overhead doors? Their customer service is horrible...guess they didn't need my business. It was a 1250.00 repair they missed out on.
