I just hired Wake Door to fix a broken garage door mechanism, and Aaron was beyond fantastic. He came within 24 hours of my call and not only repaired what was needed but also installed an additional entry key pad for me and all within ONE HOUR! Not only that, but his honesty and prices are from the old times (his price was half of another quote I had. Aaron is not joking around. Highly recommend !!!

Expectations exceeded!! Highly recommend Wake Door Company without reservation. Aaron was super responsive when we called and asked for a quote. Wake Door Company's proposal was detailed and complete and included the exact materials that would be used. The price was very competitive, and they were able to schedule the work to be done within a week. Aaron arrived promptly at 8:30, just as he had said he would and completed the work 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The work was professional, and the worksite was left in pristine condition. We could not be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Wake Door Company to anyone who needs their garage doors replaced or repaired.

I was very happy I hired this company to install new garage door openers at my home. The owner was very prompt in responding, suggested a piece to my installation that I needed and did not know ahead of time, and did a fantastic job installing the openers. His work was neat, and he cleaned up perfectly after he was finished. I will start using this company for any future needs I have. I really appreciate good service as it so hard to find.

Glad to support a family-owned business. We highly recommend Wake Door. Our garage door spring broke, so I went online and filled out an online quote. Aaron called and set up an appointment for the following day. He was prompt and professional. He charged exactly what he told me over the phone. Didn't try to sell additional unnecessary service. I was so pleased talking to Aaron, that I never even looked for a second quote. I read stories online about other garage door repair companies ripping customers off. I'm so glad I did my research and found Wake Door and Aaron... You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend him.

Aaron has been here three times. Once to replace the garage door spring, then to replace a garage door opener circuit board, and then a part of the opener track. All three times he was able to provide great, courteous service within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend this local, family owned company!

Very well. Aaron Dudek quickly figured out why my garage door was misbehaving and fixed it. He then discussed with me the pros and cons of keeping the old door or replacing it. When I made the decision to replace it, he quickly matched the style and color required by my HOA. He explained the ordering and installation process clearly -- all of which occurred as he had described. Aaron has come to my aid quickly and efficiently several times during the past 10 years that I have lived in Raleigh. He is always professional and courteous and his prices are reasonable. AND the time I thought the door was broken and it turned out I had left something in front of the "eye," he didn't make me feel stupid! That alone would have made me his fan! My garage door stopped working on a Monday. I called another garage door company but they could not come out until Wednesday. I contacted Aaron at Wake Door Company. He came out on Tuesday at 12:30pm and replaced my springs since we had an appt at 1:30pm. The service took maybe 40-45 min. The price was affordable too compared to rate from other company for labor and parts.

Called Aaron Friday afternoon and he came out Saturday and replaced my torsion springs with better quality springs in a timely matter. Great job and price. If you have a garage door, it's going to break. Count on that. You need someone trustworthy to call when a repair is in order. Aaron is that guy. A few years back I had an issue with my Wayne Dalton Torquemaster garage door system. I emailed pictures to several top-rated vendors on Angie's List along with a description of the problem. Aaron was the only vendor who seemed to know exactly what the problem was and quoted me a set price over email. Everyone else wanted to come look at it or send over a salesperson. Aaron showed up on time, did the repair, and charged what he said he would. Fast-forward to this past weekend. Late Saturday night a Torquemaster spring popped. You'll know it when it happens - it makes an awful sound. It was late and we couldn't get the doors open to get the cars out. I called Aaron and left a message. I had an early flight on Sunday so I just scheduled a cab. My wife spent all Sunday morning/afternoon trying to get a vendor from Angie's List to come over to get the cars out. I told her not to worry, Aaron will take care of it. I understand he's the owner/operator and didn't expect him to show up in the middle of the night or on Sunday morning. Sure enough he called my wife later on Sunday and said he'd be there at 8:00 AM Monday. I was out of town, my wife was home alone, and at no point did she feel uncomfortable working with Aaron. He showed up on time, did the repair, and charged what he said he would. Aaron is a trustworthy, dependable vendor who does quality work. He's worth waiting for. I appreciate the tactic of making your company look like a service-oriented enterprise by advertising 24 hours service like this vendor. However, it is an empty promise for this guy. After leaving a message and calling the business number 5-7 times over an hour, the owner indicated he was not available to service my garage door as advertised. Aaron is the owner of the company and he was great! He arrived right on time. He did the work by himself. He was done when he said he would be done. Cleaned up and was out of there! 4 hours! Very happy with the finished product!! Services Rendered: Aaron came and installed an 18x7 Stratford 1000/white/short panel/glazed garage door with cascade inserts. and LM 8355 1/2 HP Belt Drive 7' rail. Included 2 transmitters and 1 keyless entry keypad.
