Google5Promptly returned my call on Monday morning and arranged for a repairman to arrive within two hours. He was fantastic and quickly assuaged my concerns by assuring me that the issue wasn't as serious as I had anticipated. With a simple fix, an adjustment, and some lubrication of the garage door's rollers, I was able to get back to work. In contrast to the repairmen I had from another firm who severely overcharged me, he was a nice guy and also quite honest. I heartily endorse this business. You won't be let down!

Google5Father & Son Garage Door Repair is so impressive! Marcus and his team are excellent - - they responded immediately to my inquiry about a repair, accommodated my schedule to send someone to perform the repair, and when Marcus arrived he immediately put me at ease; he was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My garage door works better than it ever has and if I ever needed another repair, I would definitely hire Father & Son Garage Door Repair again to do the job. I wish every service person and business I worked with could be this great.

Google5The specialists from Father & Son were honest and fair. Their prices were far better than the other quotes I received from other suppliers in Lynnwood. They did a good job and Marcus was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I am going to use Father & Son Garage Door Repair next year to install new doors for us.

Google5Finally did it. I lived with a broken garage door for so long because I was afraid it would be expensive to fix. I finally decided to take care of it and searched for a service provider in Everett to call. Obviously, Father & Son Overhead Doors Repairs has great reviews so I called and set an appointment. The service tech (I think his name is Marcus) called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and talked to me about the price of the service call before he did any work. Then he spent about 30 minutes completing the work and called me outside. He charged exactly what we talked about before he started (which was NOT expensive) and helped my reprogram the remote keypad outside before leaving. Please call this amazing people when you need garage door service in Everett. You won't be sorry!

Google5Excellent garage door service! Called Father and Son Overhead Doors Repairs at 8am due to broken garage spring. They came right away within an hour and a half from my first call. Door was fixed quickly, they even replaced my Rollers which made the door much very quiet, lubricated and tightened everything. Absolutely no complaints! Price was fair. Thanks for a top notch service! Will recommend Father and Son Repairs to my friends who live in Everett.

Google5Awesome garage door repair service. When I called Father & Son Overhead Doors Repairs, I got Marcus, the owner. He actually lives in the same neighborhood as me. My garage door needed a minor repair - the connection had finally given out where the arm connects to the door panel. Two men showed up on time as promised - 7:45 AM (I needed it done before I left for work that morning). They didn't need to replace the rollers - just install some pieces to reattach and reinforce. They didn't try to upsell me whatsoever and just did what was necessary to get the door to work again. The job took less than 50 minutes and the total cost was $160 - very fair in my opinion (paid with a credit card). They were courteous and professional. Everything you would want and expect. Google5There's nothing just about as great as great client support and let me disclose to you that this organization has got it down. Most importantly, Grant came out and introduced another engine and new spring which looked and worked incredible. A short time after. The carport entryway wasn't functioning admirably - the Garage Door group worked me through crisis investigating immediately and sent Grant back to fix it daily or two later. Award exceeded any and all expectations to fix the issue and everything is working extraordinary. Backing organizations like Father and Son Garage Door Repair, they are doing it right. Google5Father & Son Garage Door Repair Absolutely blown away by the service. Called last night after 6, Grant returned my call that same evening. Squeezed me in this morning between appointments he had in the Lynnwood area. Fixed the problem in two seconds and since it was such an easy fix did it free of charge. Gave me a whole tutorial on how our system works so I can troubleshoot next time if needed. No wonder he has all positive reviews on here. Will definitely be calling him next time we have an issue and will refer him to everyone we know and in need for garage doors services!
