We had been negligent in properly maintaining our garage door for over a decade. One call to Prairie Garage Door's Repair and a technician was at our house the same day and after about an hour we had a perfectly functioning, good as new garage door operation! Cost was very reasonable considering how much work had to be done. Options explained in detail without pressure to spend more than necessary.

First of all, the installer Dakotah was great. A couple of issues that were resolved. However, the number you call from Google Maps seems like something of a rip off. I called and said I needed a garage door opener installed (that i had already purchased). They said fine. $79. I said ok. Let's schedule it. They said it would happen sometime between noon and 5. Didn't happen. Called next day. Between 9 and noon. Didn't happen. Finally had to threaten to fire them and get my money back if they didn't get the job done. Finally got the installer to come out. Imagine my surprise to find out the $79 I paid was NOT to install the opener, but was done sort of fee or membership that was not explained to me. In their defense it was very difficult to understand their English. Installer Dakota finally came out and said the install was $180. Fine. Just get it done. I finally have the garage door opener installed. I highly recommend Dakota but the hidden fees make it unlikely I will use this company again.

They provided service in less than 24 hours from me contacting them and the technician was highly professional. I would highly recommend them if professional and courteous service is a priority. I will use them for all of my garage door needs going forward.

I can't thank them enough. I had two snapped springs and a door that couldn't open. Called them and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technicians arrived on time and had the springs replaced in a short time. I was very impressed with their work. Efficiency was above and beyond all other service companies I have used. HATS OFF!

Same day service, had a broken spring. Tech was professional and appeared knowledgeable however the prices seem to be excessive. I asked for someone contact me regarding my invoice and no one ever reached out to me.

I regret calling them. While "they" immediately had a technician, Dakota, out to determine my garage door opener was broken (which obvious from the pictures I already sent them) they never actually repaired my opener. The part was never on the truck. He said he'd get a new opener and just cannibalize it for parts, but never did. I repeatedly told him to tell me if it wasn't repairable and I would go back to my home warranty to get it covered. I repeatedly called and texted the tech and office to no avail. Calling the "office" was just a service that really didn't know anything. The "supervisor" was just another person that didn't really know anything. In the end, I got stuck with the $69 service call since I didn't go for the $59 membership. I repaired my own opener with a $25 kit from Amazon.
