I would give them a 5 star rating as last week when I could not get the garage door open to get my car out they came right out to get the door open for me. Since I have not had any maintenance done in a long time they came back later that day to check it over and make some adjustments for me and it is working great now. They will be my go to guys from now on when ever I have a problem. I would recommend them for all Garage door repairs. *****************

We had a commitment for inspection and repair on a Friday. They didn't show up. More importantly they didn't call. We then had a commitment for Monday afternoon. They didn't show up. More importantly they didn't call. THEN a guy shows up at 6:15. Nope. We're done. 5G

We could not have gotten any better Service or Person to Install our Garage Doors, we had 3 Installed and the guy showed up that morning, just him(im surprised they only send one person to do these alone)and did not leave until he was finished, very polite, answered any questions we had, cleaned up afterwards, I wish I would have gotten his name to give him to put on here...if you need Garage Doors I highly recommend them

9/21/23. I've had an appointment with you for over 1 week for between 12-5pm. Adjust, and re-trim FIVE garage doors. I spoke with you at 12:01 today, 9/21/23 and you said the tech was hanging a door and it would be later this afternoon. It's now 5:07pm. I called. Your closed. You didn't call. When did you know you weren't coming? You gonna call tomorrow? I don't care. You get one chance and you blew it. Next. Don't use this company, this is my experience. It's just another "professional" in Nixa who isn't professional.

I just had my springs fixed on my garage door tonight by matt. Very professional and really nice. Got my door done in about a hour. Works like new. And the price was good to. Will recommend this place to anyone with garage door issues!!... Dunno what's up with the bad reviews?. Costumer service was great even squeezed me in today. Duane was very nice on the phone when I called told him my issue and gave me a quote and sent Matt out today within a couple hours of my phone call. To many Karen's giving family owned businesses a bad rep.

I recommend this company whole heartily. Experienced a couple of glitches and these pros were at my home with-in minutes, readjusted the necessary tracks and weather stripping in short order. I am impressed with the quick response and follow-up. ****

I love these guys! Chris came to my rescue today when my garage door came off track from some stupid thing i did. A pole was blocking the track and every thing went haywire. I was in a panic with the bad weather coming. I called and they came within an hour and fixed my door in less than 30 minutes!. They have been to my house at least 4 or 5 times and i never had to wait for service. They also installed my new motor when i needed one. I cant say enough about how good this company is. I will stick with them forever for all my garage needs. Thank you chris for your expert work, you are the man!!

I walked into the store front to find laser parking aids. They did not stock them but went above and beyond to find the parking laser aids, I was looking for. They were willing and did call a competitor to see if he could find them. Great customer service, even though I didn't buy anything from them. This day in age, you are hard to find that kind of service. I cannot speak of other aspects of the business but greatly appreciated the time and service provided to me. Went to the competitor and was able to acquire the parking aids.

Horrible customer service. They installed a new door for us, and busted our motor and told me "bad luck." Then when the windows weren't correct from the manufacturer it took months to get the problem resolved. When they finally got the new panels for the windows installed my garage door would no longer open. I was told by the owner it's not his fault and he wouldn't come or send anyone to come look at the problem because we got a different company to install the motor. Which we did because the customer service at this business is awful. You get what you pay for. Spend more to get quality customer service and competent work done.
