Let me begin by saying, a reputable company would have reviews on their website and not make a customer jump through a bunch of b.s. to find or post a review. I had Berry Door and Window give me a bid on replacing my damaged garage door. Old garage door was creased from rain and flooding but was over 30 years old and went through multiple high water situations. Berry installed new garage door and told me it was the strongest door they had. Install went well. I was very happy at first glance. Found they had not caulked around new door to seal and then found they had broken my safety door laser and just taped it back together. They sent a technician out and I was again happy with the result. Heavy rains caused water against the new door and after dealing with a flooded garage, I noticed the lowest panel on the garage door had buckled on my less than 6 month old garage door. (Previous door lasted over 30 years before buckling). I contacted them and they said warranty was only for rust so the cost to replace the damaged panel would be around $700. Wow!!! An almost $4000 installed garage door and "no warranty" to cover the damage. I complained and the salesman came out to look at it. Had other questions about some things I didn't understand but didn't really get any answers. That was in June of 2023. Crickets....never heard from them again. Very unhappy with Berry Door and Window and I wouldn't have them do any work for me.

I had an Atrium door replaced about 10 years ago with a retractable screen. The screen door broke and I couldn't even get the company Berry uses to install them to call me back for repairs. I decided to just have Berry Door install a sliding screen on the door. The first salesperson I talked to told me that was no problem and that he had my information, he would call me back with a price and to schedule. 4 weeks later I called back after hearing nothing and this sales person told me that they just couldn't get a sliding screen door and that he really didn't know what I should do. I have since purchased a replacement sliding screen door and installed the rails since the original door didn't have those. The fit is questionable at best but it appears the original door is not as square as one would have hoped. Last time I will deal with Berry Door.

We used Barry this year for a new garage door and to add French doors to our formal living room. Very happy with both jobs. The French doors took a while (4ish months) to come in, but we knew that up front. Will probably be calling them in the new year for additional work.

My experience with all phases of the purchase and install of 3 storm doors and an insulated overhead garage door was pleasant and stress free. I visited the showroom and was given a tour of the display storm doors by Matt. Then called Bernie B for in-home visit. Bernie helped me sort through the options (and, there are many!). He gave me helpful tips and suggestions and I ended up with just the right door for each entry. The install was done quickly and seamlessly by (the other) Matt and Preston. Several hours, not all day. My garage is warmer, the inside of the house is warmer and the exterior has a beautification upgrade. Job well done.

My French door and trim work came out nicely. It did take a while to receive the door after placing the order but that was communicated to me clearly upfront.

ripoff junk windows warrenty is worthless my large window lock never worked, they came out 1 time , they couldn't fix it. do not buy these cheesy built plastic windows. the installers did a crap install. waste of time & money. no security what so ever. keep your wood windows.

Had Berry Door out for an estimate to replace several windows and install two French doors. Bernie Barton was the sales fit who came on site to measure. He said he would get us a quote in a couple of days. I never heard back. Was just cleaning up and came across his card and thought I'd share the experience. I'd say don't waste your time with this buisness. If they can't be bothered to follow through on the simplest part of the process, they are likely very unreliable and frustrating once money starts changing hands.

Ordered windows end of August and was told 10-12 weeks. November told before Christmas after I called them several times. Every time I had to call them. Finally installed last week of January and then the nerve they wanted payment in full that day. No real concerns of my displeasure and no discounting due to their extreme delay. I understand missing the date by a few weeks or a month but 5 months to get 4 windows in is ridiculous

I realize times are strange, but 1 year since initial order and they are still not complete. Installed wi does but my screen door they got wrong g the first time, and had to reorder. The second one, the installer broke the glass, and now waiting on that. The door doesn't shut on its own, you have to slam it. I contacted them stating so and got zero response. I will not be doing g business here again, and won't be paying if they don't make things right.

We have been wanting new doors and windows for many years. We went to another company first and we were VERY disappointed with their lack of information. We called Berry and they made an appointment the next day for us to visit their showroom. The representative was spectacular. He could show us all the choices, quote price ranges, and demonstrate the features. We left knowing we would buy from this company. A few days later, the same rep came to our house and we finalized the items we wanted. We had the bid the next day. Once our products were available (2 doors and 13 windows), the installers came to our house and had everything installed and cleaned up in one day. Every person we talked to or who visited out home, was informed, efficient, and personable. We highly recommend this company.

My wife and I had a great experience with Berry Door & Window! Our salesman, Jerry, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right windows and entry door for our home. In addition, I found the pricing to be very competitive with the box stores. The installation crew was the best part. They were courteous, cleaned up nicely and got everything done in one day! We are very happy with our new windows and door! My wife and I would definitely recommend this company!!

I called for a quote for a garage door replacement and was told the salesman would call me for an appointment. He called a short time later and came to my home the next day. He was very low pressure and even said I didn't need a more expensive door because my garage is not heated. The installation crew arrived the following week. They were two extremely polite young men who removed the old door, installed the new one and packed up and hauled away the old door - all done in one hour. Highly recommend this company for a garage door.

The repairman was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, and meticulous in his assessment and work. Since he was already there he looked and adjusted both doors and explained thoroughly what he was examining and tweaking to make them both work efficiently. These doors were installed in 2004 and this is first time we have had service. I purchased these doors, and openers from them. They weren't the cheapest, but obviously the sold me quality. I am very pleased with my service and it validates my decision about using Berry Door. Services Rendered: The garage door was not operating correctly. After a phone conversation it was determined a spring had broken.

have tried multiple times just to BUY doors from them. Originally i wanted to replace all the doors in our house for sound proof doors that were the same color as the trim, but I couldn't get the sales rep to call me at all! Finally after stopping by the show room twice, a sales person called and left a messaged. I called him back twice and he NEVER called me back after. I went back in and said I would settle for buying a single door to replace the one we damaged when we bought our new house. Still no call from a sales guy. The men on the showroom floor seemed nice, but if you can't even get them to sell you something, whats the point of bringing customers in to a showroom. I am not sure how this place stays in business.

My garage door needs replaced. They sent someone out that I think is new to the business to write up my estimate. He missed an awful lot on the door. He knew some of the things to look for but not everything. I don't know if that is a good reflection of the company but, they might just be trying to keep up with the current demand. Services Rendered: They came out to look at my garage door and give me a quote.

Recently had a new front entry door put in by Berry Door which we were extremely satisfied with and after installation was complete, we realized that the garage door looked and sounded horrible. We called Jerry Wilson to discuss and he returned our call in less than 24 hours and came to our home that afternoon. We ordered the door and were told that it would be about 3 weeks because we wanted windows in the door, but it was ready much sooner and installed in less than the 3 weeks. I was unhappy because they charged me for both visits and I was still left without a working garage door. On the second visit they told us the door was too old to repair and that I needed a new one. They said they would apply one of the visits to the charge for a new garage door. I went elsewhere for the replacement. Services Rendered: They came and repaired our garage door. After a few days it quit working again, they came back out and told me that it could not be fixed.

First apointment was scheduled promptly and representaive was on time. Price and delivery were quoted in a very short time. Ten percent of materials cost was deducted because of Angie's List membership. Crew was scheduled to do installation within three business days of receipt of door (special order). Crew worked quickly and work was completed satisfactorily. Crew left area in clean condition. We were very satisfied. Services Rendered: Replaced damaged garage door and all associated hardware. Removed old door and cleaned up area.
