BBB1This company has been very difficult and frustrating to deal with. I hired *****************(owner) to do a project in St. Louis County back in May of 2023. The house was a full rehab project that he assured me would be done in 6 weeks. I hired him to do the entire project excluding electrical and heating & cooling. After a 3 week electrical delay, we were scheduled to start the project on June 19th, 2023 It is now October 16th, 2023 and the only work that has been done is a sloppy paint job, some drywall patch work, and he removed the original flooring. I have reached out to *** several times, expressing my dissatisfaction with how long the project is taking. Each time, he gave me exscuses, apologized, and told me that he would have the project completed by a series of different dates that have come to past with no noticible progress.Now *** has stopped responding to my calls, text, and emails. After visiting the property recently, I have removed the lockbox and requested a refund. As of right now, he has not responded. If he continues to not respond or refuses to refund me, I plan to move foward with a lawsuit.This has by far been the abosolute worst experience that i've ever encountered with a contractor.In additon to his lack of performance, ability to complete the project, and poor communication...he did not clean up after himself, one if the keys to my property was stolen, and I had to clean up bottles of urine, cigarette butts, soda containers, and other trash items after he stopped communicating.I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

BBB5These Guys came to my HOME and DID A GREAT JOB. I was a little nervous at first because I gave them a down payment a week before they came and did the work. They bought all the materials to Paint and do **** sqft of Flooring to my house. They left the house clean everyday when they left my home. I highly recommend this company. Going to have them do more work for me.

BBB5I really appreciate that they came when they said they would come to address my issue. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, offer good advice and were pleasant to work with. I have other home improvement projects that I will refer to them!

BBB5Great *************** Used them to redo my floors and they have me a great price for labor and materials. I didn't have to go to ********** are any stores. There installing was fast and clean very professional for a small business thanks guys

BBB5Great Pricing for flooring labor and materials. They did a great job putting down vinyl plank flooring in my whole house .

BBB1Just brought a house and I had problems but was excited to start my journey to fix it the way I wanted so I called these guys and they were helpful until they found problems within repairing the floors everything was a charge end results job wasn't completed the transition wasn't finished and my floors are soft and uneven underneath the the installation. I had water damage that was my propose of getting my floors done there was also a mess left in my basement from all the dust and nails and gaps were between the base boards. Called several times for them to finish or complete it no one showed.
