Google5Have used Integrity twice now...once to install new garage door openers a number of years ago, and once to adjust springs/service our doors. Small, family owned shop, extremely professional, knowledgable and kind technician, and good price to value/service ratio. Highly recommend.

Google5Our experience with this company from our first phone call from when the gentleman showed up to install he did a fantastic job his name is Andrew I highly recommend Integrity garage door I give all day long they are they are responsive everything you could ask for they are perfect in every way Andrew went above and beyond and did a great job!! I highly recommend this company

Google5We've been having garage door opener issues for probably a few years now. Just recently it had gotten to the point where the only way to raise and lower the garage was to use the inside pad and most of the time had to hold the button down without releasing to get the garage door to close. in addition to being very loud and obnoxious sounding we've been unable to really use the remote controls. Integrity garage door service came highly recommended and I was able to speak to Mike about our issues. He recommended a service call to see if we can solve the issues we've been having. Andrew came out and did a complete assessment and fully explained why we were having the issues we were having. Very impressed with Andrew's knowledge professionalism and customer service skills. Turns out the previous owner of the home had installed springs that were not strong enough to handle our particular door. Overtime it was destroying the motor. Ended up getting a new motor new springs and a tune-up and we cannot believe the difference. For the first time the garage door opener is quiet as a mouse. Count me as one of the many satisfied customers of Integrity Garage Door Services.Highly recommend!

Google5Integrity did an amazing job recalibrating my garage door in Dunedin. They solved the problem without replacing any hardware. Another local shop came to look at the door the day before and told me all of the hardware needed replacing and wanted $2300 (then $1600 for a contractors discount) to do it. Ridiculous! I am so glad I called Integrity and they were TRUE to their name. Fixed my problem in 20 minutes.Highly recommend!

Google5They fit me in the schedule right away and sent Andrew. That guy is GOOD! Very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions and helped me understand some things that I didn't know about garage door functions and performance. I was given options for spring replacements and not pressed to spend more like so many service techs try to do. Integrity Garage Door Service is the company to call for your garage door installation and repairs!!!!!

Google5Incredible service! Fast, friendly & knowledgeable. Extremely fair pricing. I'm very impressed. I highly recommend this company. Integrity fixed my garage door for an outstanding 10 x's less than other estimates. You can fully trust that integrity will be fair and honest. Don't hesitate to call them.

Google5Integrity did excellent job replacing our garage door opener. Andrew was great. He arrived earlier and installation was done very fast. He explained everything and answered all our questions. This is the second time we have used them and will do it again in the future.

Google1I have problems with my garage door opening and closing. Mike comes out, greases and adjusts a couple things, that precision already did a few months before for free. Charged me $130. and still not fixed after telling me $49.00 .I called, Mike came out again and said I need springs. It will take a week. I couldn't wait and started calling around. Integrity called back and said they will fix it same day. Great. Mike comes back out with a new opener and springs $800.00 later it still acting up. I call back and again Mike comes out. He said he cannot fix it without charging me. I am out $930.00 and it's still broke. Get estimates in writing ahead of time. Per response.Nothing was determined by me. I just wanted my door fixed. Yes. They fixed things without fixing the problem I called in for, my door not opening and closing. After $930.00 of repairs, doors are still not opening and closing. This was my vacation money. I did not know you were replacing the opener until Mike showed up with it. My opener was only 5 years old. After 5 or 6 visits he still did not get my door fixed, they sent someone else out and now it works fine. After leaving bad reviews I was threatened to have to pay more to cover services I already paid for.
