BBB1I have been waiting. for months for Leland Garage to install an insulation panel that was broken by installers during installation process . I have been told over and over again it was ordered , tne delivery has been delayed and lastly before Christmas was told someone went to get panel, forgot the panel and would go back and get panel and install at least by next day. None of this happened . I still do to have the replacement of damage garage door panel installation. I ask for owner to come and assess the insulation panels as they seemed forced in with bulking to outside seams to panel structure and dug in finger prints embedded into foam insulation , this has NOT been done by owner of Leland Garage Doors Company. I do NOT recommend this company secondary to poor ********************, not honoring their promise to make things right and very delayed incomplete resolution of damage product.

Google5I've used Leland Garage Doors on several occasions for installations and repair-when we built our home in 2005, after the tornado in 2011, a small shed garage door and a couple of maintenance/repair items. They've always provided timely and professional service. Most recently one of the springs on our double garage door broke on a Friday evening. I called them on Saturday and by lunchtime on Monday the repair was complete. Very happy with them!

Google1I called and was given an appointment time for someone to come fix my garage door. No one ever showed up. I called the office multiple times and my calls were directed to voicemail. I left messages but never got a returned phone call. I will not use them again. Would not recommend.

Google5Great customer service. I called after hours, left a message and got a prompt call the next day. They scheduled a same day appointment for me and were at my house within 2 hours. The technician fixed our issue and even greased our garage door wheels so they weren't as loud. I didn't realize how loud they were until he greased them and now I can barely hear the doors opening and closing! great experience with Leland.

Google5Neal and Barson were the technicians assigned to repair my garage door today. I am exceptionally pleased with the service provided me. Neal called ahead to say they would arrive in approximately 20 minutes as they were gathering the parts needed for my repair at the warehouse. They arrived and immediately began the repair work. Neal and Barson were kind and professional about my concerns. I highly recommend using Leland for any and all garage door needs. Irvena Mitchell

Google5I couldn't be more satisfied with these guys. Fast, professional work. Everyone, from the scheduler, to Leland, to the guys who put my new lifter were very polite and knowledgeable. Repeatedly tried to move my service appointment up to get my door working as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Google5The only mistake I made calling Leland Garage Doors is that I didn't call them first! After TWO missed appointments with other vendors, I gave them a try and boy, was I delighted. They have EXCELLENT customer service, awesome communication, and knowledgeable service techs, who show up when they say they will and get the job done, professionally and correctly. I could not be happier with their response and the quality of their work. Top notch all the way. Learn from my mistake and call Leland FIRST for any of your garage door needs. You'll be glad you did!
