Yelp5We've been calling Crews for over 20 years, and we are always happy with their work. Last week, our garage door stopped working. We thought we would have to spend a lot to replace the door, but Patrick diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent a technician out the next morning. Steve replaced both springs and had it working again quite quickly. Since we had a car stuck in the garage, we're really appreciative of how speedily Crews fixed the problem.

Yelp5Ed Parker gave us an estimate that was detailed and informative. He really knows what he is doing, knows his product and does not give a sales pitch that makes one feel you cannot trust what you are getting. We cannot say enough good things about him and the service he provided!

Yelp5We had an issue with our garage door coming off track because of bumping the rear door of our car. It happened on a Sunday night and I called Monday morning. Ed answered the phone and said he would come take a look, and he was here within 20-30 minutes. He said they could fix it, gave me a price, and gave me a time frame of when the technician could arrive. A few hours later, Eddie arrived and he was clearly skilled in his craft and took care of the problem within an hour. He also noticed that we had the incorrect spring for our door, without being pushy at all, he recommended that we replace it sooner rather than later or we may continue to have this issue. Based on our positive experience with Crews, we decided to have our spring replaced as soon as we could get it scheduled. Patrick called the following day, quoted us a price and scheduled us for the following morning. Steven arrived early the next morning and also was very skilled and had everything finished in less than an hour. We will definitely use this company going forward based on their timeliness, honesty with pricing, and the quality of their services.

Yelp5Patrick tried to troubleshoot my issue from his office before he sent someone out and charge me a service call! What company does that?? CREWS GARAGE DOOR that's who! They sent someone out and fixed our travel module within an hour of my call! I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your garage door.

Yelp5This place is the real deal. We have several older Raynor commercial doors that need constant repairs. Before finding Crews we were about to throw up are hands and buy all new doors. The operator on one had broken and required a new axle, several bearings and a new gear. Not only were they able to do this without removing the operator, they had the parts on the truck! They also adjusted and balanced the door which was a contributing factor in the operator's failure. Crews saved us thousands of dollars by avoiding the need to replace the door.

Yelp5Fantastic work by Andrew, one of the technicians. I had tried to fix my door for months, trying different replacement parts, and only gave up last week and called the sticker that had been placed on my door years before I bought my home. The technician showed up, and within barely a minute was stripping off parts of my old door and putting on new ones. I told him it looked confusing to me how they operated (I apologized for not knowing what the problem could be since I had tinkered with so many things), and he said (with well earned confidence) that they all looked the same to him. He had my door working effortlessly within about 10 minutes. I seriously was looking at his truck and trying to remember whether they fix anything else, just because he was so efficient and obviously skilled. When asked if there was anything else, I couldn't resist having him service the remaining doors. All 3 are now extremely quiet, smooth, and close flat (which will help keep out pests, I'm sure.) It only cost $300 and less than 30 minutes, to fix problems I had been tolerating for years. Fantastic value for the money. Wish they fixed other stuff.

Yelp5I put a request in late last night and two guys had my garage door fixed by 10am this morning. They called an hour beforehand, arrived right when they said they would and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. The guys were both very professional and explained to me what happened that caused the issue. Their service call price was reasonable too. I highly recommend them if you need assistance with your garage door.
