I was impressed with professionalism and knowledge of workmen. In addition to the work described above they also lubricated all parts and replaced the rollers for the door. They came within 2 hours of my call and finished the work quickly. Am unable to comment on price as I don't know what someone else would have charged. Services Rendered: Spring on garage door broke making the door unable to open. Precision people replace spring and attached cables and replaced a motor part which would have also broken soon.
