Google5Had a garage door issue, Tony came in diagnosed the issue and fix the problem and he did not even charge me. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door issues. Thank you again Mr. Tony

Google5This is a great company. They repaired our doors that now work perfectly, came on time and were just a pleasure to work with. Our doors will need to be replaced at some point and STI will definitely be our choice to do this for us. So glad we found them.

Google5This company was amazing. I called and they sent a person out within a day. He came and said there was one piece broken but it still worked. He said to replace the whole thing didn't make sense since it's so expensive so he greased the track and then told me to call him when it actually breaks. He spent 40 minutes looking at it and used a packet of grease and didn't charge me ANYTHING! I can't remember getting service like this before!!

Google5STI Garage Door came out on time on Friday, to give me an estimate. Tony, one of the owners, call ahead with his arrival time and was on time. He gave me a fair price for a completely new garage system (door, tracks, springs, trim, opener, remotes, key pad, cables, wiring, installation and removal). He explained to me the different types of doors and openers, once I decided what I wanted, he gave me a written estimate, and told me that no one else would beat his price. I had two more companies come out and their estimate were higher for the same model door, opener and work. I confirmed with Tony on Saturday. Someone called from his office on Saturday afternoon to ensure that I got the contract by email and walked me through how to sign it electronically. Set up the time for my new door to be installed on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, within an hour of their two hours window, Carlos and Gustavo were here. Installed the new door, opener and keypad within two hours. They moved whatever things that they needed to do their work, and put everything back in place when finished. They went over the operation of the door and opener and even helped me program the keypad. Tony, the technicians, and the support staff were all very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend STI Garage Door for any garage door service that you may need. A pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Google5STI garage door is honest and efficient. Came to my house and pointed out everything that was needed. Ordered custom doors and the techs were extremely professional. They even pointed out a damaged panel before I noticed it. That's a win in my book.

Google5Very satisfied with our garage door repair. Tony arrived on time after giving me a heads up regarding ETA. He quickly diagnosed the issue, offered fair upfront pricing, went right to fix the issue and was done in 30 min as he stated at the start of his work. He was professional, courteous and skillful. Additionally he did superb job tuning the equipment, adding couple of new controls for garage, checked sensors and it was great experience overall for us. Excellent work, highly recommend Tony and STI Garage door for any issues with garage.

Google5I had an excellent experience working with Sti garage doors. From the intake call to the installation, it took less than a week. Irina was very prompt in providing an estimate and patient as I made various requests for additional estimates. I wasn't sure the door type I would go with, so I wanted three estimates based on insulated, color, and no insulation. This company was the fourth estimate. They were reasonably priced, not the cheapest of the four quotes, but they did offer trim and the customer service was good. Day of installation they were on time came right in and got to work. They took down the old doors and had the new doors up in less than 4hrs . I went from grey wooden doors to white insulated doors. I'm very pleased with my doors and the look.
