Google1Scheduled appointment through Sears Home Services for Craftsman garage door repair for the following day between "8:00 am and 5:00 pm." No contact, no service the next day. Called at 5:30 pm to inquire and directed to a call answering machine. Left message and call back number. No call back by 10:00 am the next morning. Contacted Sears Home Services again, transferred to "Corporate" and directed to same number as I left the prior evening message. Cancelled service, no apology, no concern whatsoever. I'm done with Sears, their products, and apathetic service. Buyers beware.

Yelp1I had an appointment scheduled for 130. At 230 I called and left a message to see if they were still coming. I never did get a return phone call and its been 5 days later. Maybe this was an honest mistake, but I wasted an afternoon off of work just to be written off by Sears Garage Door.

Google5Jason was the service provider who arrived promptly, and completed the repair in less time than was quoted. He was very helpful offered advice on a garage door opener I am installing myself on an adjacent garage door. He also provided a couple of parts that I was missing free of charge. All around great experience with Sears garage door repair. Thanks Jason!

Google5I ordered two new doors and a new opener. The doors came in when Jason said that they would. The installation was swift and professional and I absolutely love the doors, and the new opener that I can open or close the door with my cell phone from anywhere I may be. Good team and workmanship. I would recommend and use these guys again.

Google5I contacted Sears Garage Door Installation and Repair because my garage door would not close properly. The technician, Jason, came the same day that I called and was able to adjust the door without any major repairs needed. I appreciate his honesty and will be using them in the future with any other garage door needs.

Google5I am very pleased with the response time in coming out to fix our door. It literally took them 30 minutes. The door is much quieter and more efficient than it was prior to the repair. I would highly recommend Sears for repairs on garage doors.

Google5They got us scheduled for the replacement within a couple of days from the day I called explaining our door was broken. When they did the installation they were quick, efficient and the price was great. The color is almost a perfect match to our smaller garage door. Couldn't be more pleased.

Google5Sears garage door solutions recently installed our garage door opener and we were very happy with the installation. They were professional and prompt and communicated with us prior to arrival. The installer new what he was doing and made sure we new how to operate the new opener. I would highly recommend their service, not only for new installs but also for existing garage door repairs.

Google5They did a fantastic job on our garage door problem and solved our opener situation. Works great. Mr. Fry was professional and clearly knows his business. We will use Sears Garage Solutions next time we have a need. I would highly recommend them to others.
