Google5Stephen responded quickly to my request for a quote. He came out to my house and took the time to look at my existing system, explain what he could save and what had to be replaced. He offered me multiple choices based on my budget and we decided on the best path. Two weeks later (Thanksgiving in the middle) he contact me to say he had all the parts and we set a date to do the work. He arrived on time, completed the entire project in 1/2 a day. He and his team are pros, great people and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Lowell Overhead Doors!

Google5Door springs broke on our 12' shop garage door. The guys came out, replaced the springs, made adjustments, saved the day! Boom! Done! Great work, great price!

Google5The guys did a wonderful job, replaced 2 garage door openers for us, rebalanced the door, and everything works perfectly. The doors open and close smoothly and silently, all the squeeze noises we used to have are gone.

Google1So, we called this company to come and fix our 16' garage door for our business on Monday based on the 67 reviews online. The office told us they would be out between 12-2 and if something changed they would call us. No call and no show. They told us the next day that they would be out between 12-2 and again, no call and no show. We called a third time and they apologized and said that the technician had a death in the family and he wasn't checking in with them. We thought, let's give them the benefit of doubt, so they told us 12-2 again. The technician's showed up at 12:10 and after about 10 minutes, they said they had to order a circuit board and left. We just wanted a new motor to be installed. They came unprepared even though we explained what we wanted and that they needed a larger than average step ladder for access, which they didn't bring. We called and told them that there service is no longer needed. Terrible service all around. I hope the next person or company gets better service.

Google5I can't recommend Lowell Overhead Door enough. They are kind, considerate and stand behind their business. Steve and his son came by to look at an issue we were having on one of our doors. They had been out six months prior to fix the issue and fixed our door today free of charge. If you need someone honest and trustworthy Steve and his family are the people to call. Family owned businesses are always the way to go.

Google5Steve came out and was able to repair our door quickly. He also did some extra maintenance work, and didn't do any unneeded work; but he did tell me of warning signs when other things could go bad. Superb service, definite high recommendation!

Angi5Steve is a great guy, honest, & stands by his work. The quote he gave me was fair and covered parts, labor, installation, & removal of the old doors. No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. Angi5After another company came out and scratched their heads, Lowell overhead door came out (promptly) and knew what was needed right away. they ordered the parts, got back to me promptly and worked with my schedule to come out and do the repair. Nice people; professional and competent. They are my go-to company. I didn't shop around for price, but they seem reasonable for the work that was done. Angi5Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one. Angi5Simply wonderfully. 2-person team came out to make the estimate. (They volunteered to do it via sending photos, but happened to be in the area.) Showed me options courteously safely and distanced. Received the quote the same evening, and the next day, scheduled it via email to take place when the doors were in stock. Received a call when they were in, and they were able to schedule me in just a couple days later. It was the dead of winter and about zero degrees out, but the two-man team had these beasts installed (and the old ones removed) all during daylight hours. What an absolute treat to have whisper-quiet garage doors, too. Fab quality, excellent workmanship, great service. I wish I had another garage so they could replace those doors too. Angi5I had a broken spring which prevented the garage door from operating. The team replaced the springs quickly, without me even having to move the car!
