Google55 Star Service ! Prompt, top-notch and professional service - I highly recommend them for garage door service! My entire experience with Ace Overhead Doors LLC was excellent - from the call-back and explanation of rates / scheduling thru the actual work and clean-up. The final bill was as described and very fairly priced. Great crew, they listened carefully to my list of concerns (primarily to adjust the door so it would close evenly, a gap had developed in the left side, as well as to replace the bottom rubber seal). They patiently explained how they would address these issues. Additionally, they fixed several other issues (badly frayed steel cable, loose bolts). All work was completed quickly and in a very clean and professional manner (all screws and nails removed were carefully collected and discarded). Each and every concern was addressed to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use them for my future garage door service in the future. 5-star service!

Google5This is an EXCELLENT team to hire. I needed my garage door fixed and a new remote to open the door. The pricing was decent, the communication was great, the responsiveness in getting back to me after my original call was quick! The tech that came out was very courteous and the scheduler and tech were super friendly. Definitely would hire again.

Google5We are seniors. My husband is disabled. When our garage door opener stopped working Ace came in a timely manner. Their man Ron was AMAZING with clear communication and professionalism. Their Office Manager Amanda was easy to reach and when we had another issue within 24 hours it was fixed the same day. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for the senior discount as well

Google5Garage door broke at 11:30 am, the technician Ron was at my house by 2:25 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made several repairs/replacements. 1 hour after showing up to my house he had repaired the door and replaced several other parts that caused the doors failure. He was extremely professional and courteous. To top it all off, the cost of everything was very low. I've already recommended Ace Overhead to friends and family. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you to everyone at Ace.

Google5Contacted Tom to inquire about adding a 7x8 garage door to a bay where the prior door had been removed and left by the previous owners of this house. Tom came out the same day I called to get me an estimate as he happened to be in my area at that time. Super convenient for me! Was told there was nothing we could do to save the old door, which is a bummer... and was given options for replacing it with a new metal door. Both options shown and estimates received were competitive and less expensive than other garage door companies in the area, by several hundred dollars. He provided the estimates the same day. Luckily, the door I wanted was in stock and not on any sort of back order. Other companies I interviewed said the doors were manufactured in Canada and would take 2 months to arrive. While Tom never promised immediate availability of the door, I appreciate that he was able to get the door right away and no delays. When asked, Tom provided a copy of his insurance and license, and went out of his way to add me as named insured on his policy. While this is an unusual request, Tom went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and grant me this extra level of comfort. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. Tom was responsive and prompt in answering all emails. He was great to do business with. On the day of the job, the crew was efficient. They arrived around 10:30. Within 2 hours, the crew had the old tracks down, new tracks up, and a new garage door hung. It opens flawlessly. His crew removed the old broken door and hauled it away. Couldn't be happier with the job Tom and his crew did. They were polite, professional, efficient, and fair with their prices. I can't say the same about his competitors. Highly recommend Tom and ACE overhead door. I do not know Tom or anyone on his team. This is an unbiased review. I am a real customer of ACE overhead door.

Google5What an amazing experience! Our garage door inexplicably stopped working on a Friday after business hours right after delivery of a load of tile. I called and emailed Ace hoping to leave a message to get assistance early the following week. Imagine my surprise when the business owner called me not 5 minutes later. He was so nice and helpful and stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes or more directing me to trouble shoot at least 8 potential issues. At the end of our consulting session we were both delighted when the door began working properly. This business owner cared enough to take time away from his family on a Friday evening to bring peace of mind to a home owner. No charge just a super positive caring ownership. Please use Ace Overhead Doors in Mystic for all your garage door needs. You won't be sorry and you'll support a wonderful family owned business.

Google5Tom and his crew of installers were both professional and fast. I called Ace originally because the main spring broke, rendering the door useless. Tom came out to the house quickly to repair the spring and also discuss upgrading the door, as previous owners had damaged the door. The new door is exactly what we wanted and was install on time! Will recommend Ace Overhead Doors, LLC to anyone needed repair/ maintenance or looking to upgrade or replace current doors!

Google5I hired Ace Overhead Doors, LLC of Mystic to install two new garage doors in my older garage. Tom came out promptly to meet with me and assess my needs. He took detailed measurements, and even though I have a horizontal beam that I thought would get in the way of an overhead garage door, Tom suggested a low-clearance door that would still fit under the beam with inches to spare. This turned out to be a great solution, one that other contractors did not mention to me. After receiving my deposit, the doors and materials were ordered promptly, and Ace Overhead Doors called me back in a week with an install date, and within two weeks the job was finished! The work crew was prompt, polite, and professional, and did an excellent job with the install. They took the time to talk to me after the job was done, showed me the door features, and answered any questions I had. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work performed, and would highly recommend Ace Overhead Doors of Mystic (Picture is at night, but doors still look great! Thanks again!)

Angi5I hired Ace Overhead Door last year for a spring replacement, and because of how well it went it was an easy decision to hire them again recently to replace the entire garage door. Tom and his employees are extremely professional and efficient. During the quote process Tom was straight forward with me and all my questions and never tried to up-sell me. He could've easily taken advantage of me asking about a better insulated door but laid it on me straight and found me the best fit for garage needs. I strongly urge anyone in the area in need of any garage repair to hire them. As an added bonus they did provide a 10% Veteran Discount which I greatly appreciated. Angi5Tom assessed the situation and we discussed the least expensive route to go, that is, by reutilizing parts and just doing what absolutely was necessary. He certainly is not one to tell the customer what would be "nice" to replace. Rather, I knew the hardware on the doors was over 20 y old and I had seen some fraying of the cables so I opted to replace all the items indicated above, The work was completed faster that I anticipated. Tom came to do the job at the end of the day and in a rainstorm. The doors presently operate perfectly. He is a hard worker and a skilled professional.. Angi5Very well. Even though the owner was on vacation, he called to let us know it would be the following week before we would see someone. They actually came on a Sunday to make the service call. I had a call ahead to go over what needed to be done and that clarified our options. The service tech was efficient and cleaned up well before he left. We were very pleased. The crew showed up right when they said they would, were very professional and the end result was perfect.
