This company was very unprofessional and rude. We requested an itemized invoice for the list of labor and materials and the cost of repair to send over to our insurance company per our insurance companies request. my husband and I tried reaching out to this company multiple times over the span of 6 weeks and they have hung up in our face and claim to have sent us the invoice but never to send one at all. I had finally had enough after our insurance company reached out to them and they were extremely rude to them as well hanging up in their face. We never received the invoice and still struggle to resolve our claim with our insurance company due to the lack of proper information for reimbursement . I would not recommend this company nor will I ever work with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! This company is not legitimate. This was an expensive lesson for me to learn, but if I can help someone avoid this scam then it **** be worth it.

When the technician by the name of Mateo "Matan Zion" arrived he rudely asked me what the problem was. I should have trusted my instincts then but I was in a hurry to get my garage door fixed because I had some where to be. He at first tried to tell me the issue was with my motor, but I knew that was not the problem. I told him that it was not the motor so he quickly changed his opinion and said I needed new springs, spring bar, drums, and cables. He at first quoted me $600 and said it was a quick job. When he was done he asked me for WD40 to lubricate the parts, but it turns out that you should not use WD40 on garage door components. Not to mention what kind of technician does not have the proper lubricant for garage door components.

After the install he informed me the total would be $900 due to some unforeseen issues and he only wanted cash. Again this should have been a red flag to me but again I needed to be somewhere so I paid. FYI after researching that type of job should only run at most $400. He marked up all the parts by 300% to 500% over cost.

After he left the door began making horrible sounds and I knew in that moment I had been taken advantage of. The cables came unraveled and the door malfunctioned.

I did not feel comfortable having them come out again so I found a local garage door guy who came over and informed me that all the parts used by Mateo (Matan Zion) for the job where used parts and improperly installed which would have eventually created a dangerous situation. This guy was kind enough to fix the problems at no charge.

I called the company and after several attempts I got a hold of the "owner" by the name of Sherry. She informed me that her company never uses used parts, but after confronting her with the evidence she then proceeds to tell me that her technicians are independent contractors and there is nothing she can do. If that is the case then Sherry does not know if used parts were used or not. She said she would talk to Mateo and call me back....she never did.

My guess is they are in this together and they need to be stopped. They are not only scamming people out of money, but their faulty installs might cause a person serious injury or worse. They should be investigated and put out of business.

This was an expensive lesson for me to learn, but if I can help someone avoid this scam then it **** be worth it.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
