Google5Daniel came out within an hour of the springs snapping and was done within 45 minutes with 2 new springs. He even helped re calibrate the opener limits after it wouldn't fully close. Great job!

Google4Ben came and saved us from a garage door disaster. He was prompt and efficient and clean. However, there were a few lingering issues. One was the confirmation of registration. For this, I contacted the manufacturer who helped us. Two, the skipping and noise as the door closes. Ben returned and spent over an hour trouble shooting the problem. He and my husband could find nothing that had to do with the opener, nothing that would decrease the life of the motor. Thrid was charging us for adjusting the spring, but that was rectified by Ben setting up the key pad opener while he was here trouble shooting the skipping noise. So, while it was a rough start, we are satisfied with the end results overall. I would give 4.5 stars, but will round up as my husband says they kept in contact and were very eager to make us happy.

Google5Great experience. The estimator was able to show up within hours to let me know what the cost of replacing my garage door would be. Having been quoted such a reasonable price, I immediately booked and had the door installed within days. The installers were quick and professional. Would highly recommend for a no hasssle experience.

Google5Nick David was very knowledgeable and clearly explained our problem so we totally understood what was needed to fix our garage door. He was also very professional and answered all my many questions. In all, we feel like we got a great deal on our garage door repair.

Google4The repair guy (Nathan) was awesome. He was very polite, professional and quick at work. The lady that we scheduled the appointment with over the phone, however, was dishonest. She said the onsite quote was free, but we ended up being charged $175 for the initial measurements before the repair.

Google5Sam is great! He did a very good job! He even checked the loosen screws and tighten them. I am very satisfied with the service.
