I was in need of a garage repair. I had called one company who flaked. I called Rick at A to Z and he was friendly, professional and honest. He came a few days after I called which was super fast. He arrived on time and explained the scope of the work and also provided some easy maintenance tips to keeping the garage doors running smoothly. I would definitely recommend A to Z for any garage door issue.

I ordered a door online that turned out to be missing parts and clearly junk. I called a to z they had me a top quality door in days and installed in one day. Good work... Call him a second time to install new garage door opener in my search on garage. Awesome work. Nice down to earth people. We are now calling them for our contracting needs
5+ years ago we had these guys install two garage doors. Since then I keep replacing hinges and rollers, thinking its 'normal' wear and tear. Bought electric door openers two weeks ago, getting ready to install them. Once I started looking into the integrity of the doors, it became clear that the install was anything but good. Nothing is square, plumb or straight, dimensions are all over the place, huge gaps between door and opening. The horizontal tracks are miss-aligned, angle of vertical tracks too great. Called service: After telling him about the install he started laughing at me; called me a liar and told me I had no clue about garage doors!? So I complained to the BBB. Again I asked for service, plus apology. First he denied the fact that he installed the doors, on the second go around he tried to hide behind the fact that he installed them 5+ years ago. BBB closed the complaint without resolving it. In several emails I asked for service as well as an apology. Yet, nothing. Openers are installed and now one can actually see why things keep breaking. There is an enormous amount of stress on the hinges and rollers due the the miss-alignment of the top tracks. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to ANYONE for ANY installation.
