Google1Tried to schedule someone to take a look at a door stuck halfway open. They said they would call back with a date, they didn't called back. A week later I called them and they said it would be about 2 weeks. Called PDQ door and they could see me the following day and they have higher reviews.

Google5Had an old garage door opener replaced about three years ago. This year the other side stopped working properly. Both times Overhead Door Company responded quickly with an appointment and the installers were great! The installer had a trainee with him, I love to see that. They showed up on time, were very efficient and it was done in no time. Price was very reasonable. My experience has been 100% excellent.

Google1Terrible business! I called on 10/2/18, never got a call back. I called again three weeks later and made an appointment. Got a call that morning saying they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for two weeks out. Called me this afternoon saying they could not make the appointment, someone would be calling to set up for another day. Said thanks but no thank you.

Google1My doors warped, and has been that way since they installed it. The older guy I talk to every time I call is just so unprofessional and helps me not one bit worst company I've heard of.

Google2Charged much too much for the work accomplished in comparison to their competitor (whom we usually do business with). Associate called this company by mistake thinking it was our regular guys (which has branches in Bangor, Houlton, Rockport, and Hampden...you can google it yourself). We will not be repeat customers.
