Great experience! After shopping for garage doors online and elsewhere, I ended finding Laurent Overhead Door Systems via Google maps as being the closest garage door provider to me AND they ended up being the most affordable option as well! Randy was extremely helpful and made the whole experience very easy. I ended up getting both garage doors, one of which is 10' tall, complete with windows and installation for the cost of what one door would have cost me with the other competitors. The installers were great and professional as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

One of the panels on my Wayne Dalton garage door was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted Laurent Overhead Door Systems and two other garage door companies. I received a quick response from Randy at Laurent Overhead Door Systems. He provided an estimate that included how long it would take to receive and install the panel after it was ordered as well as the total cost. The estimate was very detailed and the price was the best I received. Everything went as planned and Randy did an excellent job managing the process and installing the new garage door panel. My garage door looks and operates like new. I highly recommend Laurent Overhead Door Systems.

I am so happy with Laurent Overhead Door Systems! I went to open my garage door and something popped and came flying down from the motor area. The door would not open. I called Laurent at 9:30 and spoke to Sarah. I explained that I had appoinments in the afternoon. She called me back after speaking to her boss and said they would be at my house between 12:30 and 2:30. She was wonderful! Randy was here at 12:30 and fixed my door and was able to adjust it so it would close all the way with no gaps on the bottom. I had always used Laurent in the past but approximately a year ago the spring popped off one side and I searched for their number and found a local company in my town. I thought it might be quicker to use someone in my town. The owner did come out that day and he fixed the spring. Unfortunately, there was a significant gap at the bottom. I called and told him and asked him if he could please come back and fix it so no critters or water would get in and he said yes. He never came back or even called to set up an appointment. I am so happy with Laurent Overhead Door Systems! They have been in business for 63 years and are amazing!

Randy is a pleasure to work with, provided me several quotes, and even worked with my framing contractor to ensure measurements were on point prior to installation. There was never a complaint with all my requests and always a willingness to help! I'd recommend them to anyone needing their garage door serviced or a brand new one installed!

I called up because my torsion spring broke and could not open door. I spoke to someone in the office who was super helpful, sent them the model number of my door. She had a spring cut and called first thing the next day to say it was done and we could pick it up. I had my wife grab it, it was cut perfect, i installed it and we are back in business. Highly recommend them to anyone.....

I always call or email 3 or more places before settling on a vendor. Laurent Overhead Doors not only came in the lowest, their reviews were better than the other higher priced door companies. When speaking to Laurent Overhead Doors over the phone, they are extremely pleasant. I did not have to be home while they worked but I have a camera (who doesn't these days!) and they did an awesome job from start to finish. Very much appreciated.

Outstanding! I called Sarah at Laurent Overhead Door to get a quote when an old spring broke on my double garage door. Mike Laurent emailed a quote and said they could get to it in a week. When I explained that the only way to get in the garage was through a window, he offered to talk to his men to see what could be done. Randy and Dave showed up the next day and worked overtime to install a new door (the old door was made out of wood and weighed 350+ pounds). Randy came back a few days later to install the new motor (the old motor was ~50 years old). Mike, Sarah, Randy and Dave all were extremely accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with all. Truly A+. Services Rendered: Needed new door and motor.

I've dealt with Laurent doors several times over the years, and not just for a routine garage. They installed a mechanism to open and close my barn doors -- sliding them both ways from the opening at the push of a remote transmitter. They also installed overhead doors for my boathouse on Lake Winnipesaukee, which required some carpentry work as well as basic installation (over water!) and they provided their own boat to get there. They use high-quality products (Garaga and Liftmaster, plus others for commercial use). I've found them to be very responsive on initial requests for quotes, and on repair work. Installations were done on-time and on-budget -- even though the barn doors turned out to be more of a head-scratcher than they expected. The owner, Michael Laurent, takes a personal interest in the quality of the work and the customer's satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I called for a rough quote on a basic automatic garage door and was told that I MUST give her all of my contact info including address, ( I provided my location within 2 miles), my email, etc. When I refused those details she hung up on me. Services Rendered: N/A
